Propulsion

Two MTU four stroke, 16 cylinder V marine diesel propulsion engines, model 16V 2000 M91.

Maximum Rating 2000 hp (1471 KW@25ºC) at 2350 r.p.m. Each engine is fitted with a flange

mounted marine transmission ZF, model 2555, reduction ratio 2.333:1 and a ARNESON ASD 15 B1

LU with a ROLLA RSP Propeller.

Main Engines

Two MTU marine diesel propulsion engines, model 16V 2000 M91 each rated at 1471 KW (2000

The engine manufacturer's deslivery shall include:

- PTO for Bow Propeller pumps. One for each engine.



FLEXIBLE COUPLING SHAFT:

Between each ARNESON SURFACE DRIVE Sys. and the output flange of the gearbox, a flexible

coupling shaft d by Rubber Design.



DRIVE SYSTEM:

Two ARNESON SURFACE DRIVE ASD 15 B1 LU connected to the output flange of the coupting

system supplied by Rubber Design.



Generators

Two kohler, model 18.5 CCFOZ marine generator sets 18.5 KW, 120/240 VAC , 60

Hz.

The generator manufacturer's delivery shallinclude:

- As per standard supply from KOHLER

- Sound Shield

- Aluminium skid with drip pan



Fuel System

General description:

Desing drawings in accordance with the requirements of the ABS Naval Register.

Fuel Tank is structural in FRP material treated inside with "Plastigel" (fueltight). it is located ahead the

engine room bulkhead. Total capacity is about 6000 liters.

Tank Will be fitted with proper baffles inside.

Each section of the tank has an inspection cover (dimensiones 500x500 mm)boelted through the

ceiling with a stainless steel frame and sealed with rubber gasket.

Part of the fuel tank will be in the engine room.



H.R.O. Watermaker

One reverseosmosis desalination system Idromar model MC 2J with a capacity of 130 litres per hour.

The system shall draw seawater from a manifold connected to a sea water intake which shall be

located deep enough below the waterline to exclude the possibility of drawing air or running dry under

all conditions.

the system shall include all plumbing for cleaning the system. A permanent flushing line from the

fresh water pressure system shall be fitted. Brine and reject product shall be discharged overboard

via check-valve and gate -valve fitted above the waterline.

The product water shall be plumbed into the fresh water tank(s)



Fire alarm system

- Smoke sensors in all accommodation spaces, galley and engine

room.

- Audible alarm bell.

- Alarm indicating panel in the wheelhouse.

.warning strobelight on the mast.



Electrical System

In accordance with the requirements of the ABS Naval Register.

General Description:

The yachts main power supply shall be a 120/240 Volt. 60 hertz with neutral grounded to the hull at

one point. Power shall be supplied by two generators capable of running in manual split bus-bar

system and or a shore power connector. The secondary supply shall be A 24 Volt DC, two wire

floating system with earth fault indication. Both the AC and system monitoning and controlling

equipment shall be housed in a dedicated portion of the main switch board. 12 Volt consumers shall

be equipped with 24-12 Volt transformers. Shore power supply: Shore power cables. -One 15 metre

75 Amjp. 240 V shore power cable. Bow thruster system. BCS hydraulic bow-thruster, rated power

32HP and 250kg nominal thrust, with joystick controls at the helmsman console. Tender: -One

Novamarine Jet model RH 350 Jet with one Mercury HP 90 engine. Gangway: Telescopic Gangway

Sanguineti-Chiavari
