The Obama Not Qualified Case
Executive Summary – When one looks at the facts it seems Obama is not qualified to be President. Let's see some of the controversy but first let's look at the first executive order Obama signed which the news media will not tell you about. Obama's Grandmother, Kenyan Ambassador, Other Kenyans, and the Kenyan Parliament stated that BHO was born there in Kenya, Africa. The Hawaii Department Of Health Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino stated as follows, (she did not say Obama was born in Hawaii): “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record”. So we can see that this is one very scary President. Who put this guy in office and why? Why don’t the law enforcement officers who swore to uphold the constitution of the USA do something? Do they care or are just happy with status and a paycheck? How did he slip by the

It lists him as being 52 years old. Hawaii has only 50 years as a state so this guy is saying he was born in Hawaii when it was a territory not a state. Whoops, not qualified. Natural Born Citizen Defined – According to the Supreme Court it is one born of two citizens of the USA and born on USA soil. Before we get into where Obama was born let us understand his father was a Kenyan so he is disqualified. In Perkins v. Elg’s, 1939 the Supreme Court held that a natural born citizen of the USA is born of two USA citizens and born in mainland USA. Obama is at best a USA citizen, not a natural born Citizen and thus not qualified to be President. By his cover-up actions it seems he is perpetrating a fraud on the United States Government and exposing himself to criminal prosecution. How can they put him in jail with all the secrets he ahs? They can’t. What do they do about him and with him? He’s no Kennedy or Rockefeller so he is disposable but what of the criminal investigation following. Who is going to get sucked up into that from amongst the ranks of the rich and famous? Obama is following the Peter Principle. This says every employee will rise to the level of his or her incompetence. Clearly Obama was not capable of pulling off such a fraud on a grand scale and did not know his own limitations. When he was just a Senator the Peter Principle had not yet kicked in. A Rotten System – Obama was not the only ineligible candidate running for President in 2008. Roger Calero a citizen of Nicaragua with a criminal record was also on the ballot in several states. McCain is also in a grey area. He was born of two USA citizens but in Panama, not mainland USA. Summary – The circumstances are just way too suspicious. Would you trust him enough to buy a used car from him? Of course not. He has the nuclear missile controls. Remember the mainstream media did not show the public the executive order he signed on January 26th allowing him to conceal his records. What jury would not convict him? None! This is the same country that let Bernie Mad off collect billions of dollars in a Ponzi scheme almost as large as the Federal Reserve Bank Ponzi Scheme (just kidding). Madoff cleared all the background investigations, as did Obama. Makes one wonder. As we always say leave now while you can.
