      NIFTY KEY STATS

                                                              Index commenced the week with an up gap and traded with positive bias throughout the
      NIFTY TREND                                             session. Short covering coupled with buying at lower levels pulled the index 3% up at 4851
      13EMA                                            4900   level.

                                                              On the daily chart, index formed a strong bull candle closing near to its day high representing
      200EMA                                           5284
                                                              bullish sentiments. With previous session up move, Nifty gave a down sloping Trendline
                                                              breakout on closing basis suggesting a pullback rally in the near term. On the upside a
                                                              sustainable move above 4860 levels would accelerate this rally in the range of 4900-4980
                                                                                                                           SENSEX
                                                              levels which are the 38.2% and 50 % Fibonacci levels of the recent downfall (5326 to 4639).
                                                              However this rally has accompanied with lower volumes which remains a cause of concern.
                                                              From current levels 4760 level will remain as immediate support.As the intermediate and long
                                                              term trend remains down, every pullback rally has to be used to exit longs near the resistance
                                                              area.

                                                              The daily strength indicator RSI has given a positive upward crossover indicating rising
                                                              strength.The daily momentum oscillator – Stochastic has also scaled up supporting to upside
                                                              momentum.

                                                              The trend deciding level for the day is 4825, If NIFTY trades above this level then we may
                                                              witness a further rally up to 4885-4920-4980 levels. However, if NIFTY trades below 4825
        BULLISH              - Clear uptrend seen.
        MODERATELY BULLISH   - Some Strenth seen.
                                                              levels then we may see some profit booking to initiate in market, it may correct up to 4790-
        NEUTRAL              - No Clear trend Seen.           4730-4700 levels.
        BEARISH              - Clear Downtrend seen.
        MODERATELY BEARISH   - Some Weakness seen.
