                                        Unionist Ideology Statement

The Unionist ideology is simply this peace and freedom for all through coming together and forming
unions of nations, religions, cultures and peoples.

This will show itself in the following sections where I use the Unionist Ideology to solve world problems
specially formatted for each section/situation and how to come up for the best result as well as a section about my
past so you can get to know me.

A Brief look at my past

My past is nothing special. In fact, I would say it is more generous than what many others have had. I say
this because even though I have had my low points; I have seen others go through experiences of pain and sorrow
that I couldn’t even imagine. And for this I will not linger much on my own past, only just enough to let you know
who I am.
To start, my early life was not much of consequence. And from what I understand from my parents I was
somewhat of a brat. One of my greatest episodes as a brat, was one day, because of my parents were painting my
room and not paying attention to me, I decided to run off and take a wiz in the refrigerator to get my revenge on
them. This not only ruined the refrigerator but caused a mess that they had to clean up. In addition, during these
early years, my brothers were born. Thus desire to be the center of attention caused me to fight with them. Yet,
this was no more than common sibling rivalry.

After some years, most of which I do not remember, I entered elementary school. Here I made a few
friends most with the other boys in the class, since as everyone knows at that age girls have cooties. And the girls
of the class probably thought we did to. Oddly over the years this intensified to such a point where we, the boys,
would attack the opposite girls group and vice versa. This got to such a point, that we even formed plans of attack
and would have spies on the girls. Until one day where at one recess it turned into a total war zone, boys and girls
throwing sand at each other on top of some hair pulling. Of course this ended with us, the boys, having detention
in recess for a week. This in turn brought an end to the fighting and any further conflicts.

Shortly after this point, my father got promoted and thus moved my family and I down south to Houston,
Texas. Here I mostly attended school and made few friends due not only to living there for 2 years but also a large
number of allergy infections and other illnesses.

Here my parents once again moved due to another job promotion, this time to southern Ohio near the
West Virginia boarder. Like the last time I only lived there for about 2 years. Thus leaving me little time to make
many friends but it did give me the chance to experience the small town life, a vast difference when compared to
Houston. Probably, what showed this difference the most was the one class per room school building. Which, I
had never experienced before. Something else interesting that added to the small town life was the moth man
myths that filled the area, most likely due to being so close to Point Pleasant. Yet, beyond this I must say nothing of
real consequence happened here besides my father once again getting promoted.

Upon moving once again, this time to Champaign, I became less interested in making friends, since it
seemed to me that I would only be there for two years anyway. Thus, I focused on news stories and history,
learning as much as I could about people and issues in the world. So, that maybe one day I could make the world a
better place. Unfortunately, I was wrong in my assumption and ended up living in Champaign for more than 7
years 2 of which I had no real friends. Hence, putting me in an awkward spot in high school, yet I managed to get
through and ended up making a lot of friends in the process. Furthermore, in high school I continued to read more
about current issues and composed my answers to these problems, even to such a point where I would share my
theories to my high school teachers. In fact, I probably have a still few hundred theories laying around about a
random assortment of things; such as black holes to cancer treatment.

As you can see my life is nothing of real significance, no real sob story or one of true bravely. No, my life is
quiet normal and the sufferings in it are mostly of my own doing. Yet, this suffering in my mind was necessary,
since it also allowed me to learn many things about current issues in the world. Which, in turn, present me with a
chance to hear the many sides and ideas about how to fix these global issues, and hence create the Unionist
Ideology.

                                                    U.S. Economy
The economy is in shambles, and is getting worse every day. What will happen next is what is on
everyone’s mind, will another recession began or even possibly another depression. This even gets worse when
combined with the fear and unknowing of how to fix it. But, it is easy to fix, since there exists several steps that not
only can stop the downfall of the economy but turn it completely around. The simple process is this increase taxes
on foreign goods, and decrease taxes on homemade goods, U.S. goods. This would lead to a series of events that
would reboot the United States economy and hence end any economic woes.

The first step of my plan is to increase taxes of foreign goods. This includes goods from China, Thailand,
India and other countries that the United States imports largely from. Whereas, even a modest increase on these
taxes could make the United States millions or billions, mostly due to the United States’ extremely large import of
these foreign goods. In fact almost all the goods in the United States besides food products are imported from
China or India. Thus, overall, meaning that this tax increase would greatly benefit the United States, and possible
relieve a good chunk of the United States’ debt.

Here it is important to mention that some believe that increasing the taxes on imported goods would
cause a trade war, mainly with China. Since they believe that those countries would also increase their taxes on the
goods they import from the United States.

Yet, when one thinks about it this is illogical, since these taxes would only affect United States companies
that import foreign goods, thus giving them more of an influence to purchase and produce goods made here.
Basically, it will make United States goods price competitive with imported goods.

China is, also, an issue since it threatens to make a trade war with the United States if the United States
raises its foreign good taxes. Yet, there are several things that show China could not perform a trade war. The main
reason that China will not start a trade war is most of the goods China produces comes from U.S. resources. For
example, China buys a large amount of U.S. aluminum and other raw resources of the like and changes them into
products that are sold back to the United States. Basically, China is the middle man that builds the goods made out
of resources that originate from the United States and sells them back to the U.S. at a high price, which cost the
United States billions.

It is, also, important to mention that China has been the main reason behind many United States
producers being forced overseas or going out of business costing the United States even more in the long run.
Thus, if the U.S. increased taxes and China tried to start a trade war, it would only hurt them more in the long run
because they would lose a major supplier of their resources and income. While the United States would only gain
jobs in the manufacturing field and other fields due to the trickling effect, more labors means more service
workers such a doctors. Meaning that no matter what China decides to do, the United States would come out
positive due to an increase on the taxes of imported goods.

Another counter argument against this idea is that the United States is a research based country, that
makes its money by coming up with new technologies. Yet, this too is a foolish and absurd idea itself. One such
thing that shows how absurd this idea is; is that other people aspect foreign governments to respect U.S. patents
and copyrights, and give the U.S. monetary gains based off of them. Yet, China has already proven that is
companies could care less about U.S. patents and copyrights, and have infringed on them multiply times without
giving the U.S. a dime. For example, in 2004, it was found that several Chinese companies where in violation of U.S.
patents on the production of Viagra. In addition, there is only a limited amount of research jobs in the United
States meaning that a majority of the citizens would be unemployed while a few are employed. This in return
would lead to economic and possibly governmental collapse. Basically, a country’s economy cannot be entirely
based off research because it provides too few jobs and causes a misshapen economic structure that will most
likely lead to that country’s own collapse. Here it is important to note that the U.S. economy in terms of jobs is the
majority (35.5 percent) of the labor force’s occupations are managerial, professional or technical in nature. A
further 24.8 percent hold sales or office jobs, 22.6 percent are in either manufacturing, extraction, transportation
and crafts, 0.6 percent are in arming, forestry or fishing, and 16.5 percent have jobs in other services. (According
to 2010 economy figures) Thus showing that saying and wanting the United States to be a research state would be
the final nail in the coffin for the country.
The second part of my plan is to decrease the taxes on homemade goods, U.S. goods. This would then in
combination with the tax increase on foreign goods would make U.S. goods more price competitive and possible
even cheaper to produce. Which could lead to manufactures coming back to the United States to produce their
products. This then would lead to other service jobs arising such as car mechanics, and doctors. Thus, this part of
my plan produces millions of new drops reducing the unemployment rate and national debt.

Furthermore, it will lead to a decrease in the U.S. debt which in return could lead to even more positive
effects such as more government jobs and more services (Medicare, Social Security, Postal services). Even adding
to this more, there would be an increase in the sense of pride about being an American as well as a change in
other countries views of America. Yet, overall, the total effects will be impossible to measure or estimate ahead of
time since it will lead to numerous positive changes.

In addition, there are no rebuttals or counter agreements to this, since many would agree that more
manufacturing jobs coming back to the United States would produce many other new jobs. This means that
everyone is in an agreement about the many positive effects that the second part of this plan would produce.

Therefore, tax increase on foreign goods in combination with a tax decrease on homemade goods, U.S.
made, would cause many positive effects for the United States. And even though there is some that disagree about
the positive effects of a tax increase, such as a trade war or that the United States is a research country. There are
more than enough reasons to show that this is simply a foolish idea(s) that would never really happen. Since the
United States provides most of the worlds resources in which a trade war would hurt other countries more than
the United States. And that a massive population like that of the United States cannot all be in research since there
are nowhere near enough jobs in that field. Thus, in conclusion, this plan not only will benefit the United States but
change it for the better by creating more jobs and rebutting the economy.

                                               European Economy

Much like the U.S. Economy the European economy is in a state of disarray. My plan is basically this, unify
and strength from the inside out. To do this I would strength the Euro by free trade as well as combining the
services of the many EU countries into one EU service. With a similar concluding phase like I proposed for the U.S.
about foreign trade.

The first part of my plan to fix the European economy is to decrease taxes in states of trouble (Italy, Spain,
and Greece). By this I mean allowing free trade with other countries involved in the European Union, which not
only should increase trade to these countries but also tourism from other EU states. What is more beneficial is
that since all EU states use the same currency there should be no effect on the overall value of the Euro.
Furthermore, due to most European countries have economies based mainly on one thing such as tourism, or
crops. For example the Spanish economy is almost all based on tourism. I suggest the EU countries allow, once
again, free trade amongst themselves in terms of crops and other necessities. Basically, my idea for the EU is to
allow more free trade amongst themselves not only to strength the Euro but unite the European people even
closer together. Since there will be a time here if not already were these countries cannot and will not survive
without the support and the help of the others.

The second phase of my plan to fix the European economy is to combine the common services the
individual EU countries offer. One such service that I would combine is the fire departments which would allow fire
departments to aide in areas normally out of their jurisdiction. Instead of what happens now in days, letting the
fires burn due to it either out of their jurisdiction or nation. Furthermore, I would combine the police services. This
would allow the police to pursue criminals without political or border issues, meaning the chances of the criminal’s
escape or a loss of a lead would be severely cut down. In addition, such combinations would allow the EU to
produce a universal tax across all EU states, which would be much lower than the taxes for such services in the
individual nations.

The third part of my phase for Europe is much like that of the U.S. that being increasing the taxes on
imported goods from China, Thailand and India in such a way that it only effects the corporations that do so. While
at the same time, decreasing the taxes on home produced goods, thus influencing the companies to produce more
of their goods in the Union instead of overseas. Here it is best to go back to the U.S. economy section to see my
reasoning behind this thought as well as its wide range of benefits.

As a result by doing these phases, not only would the EU become more united under a stronger Euro. By
simply uniting the EU states through more free trade and less boarder restrictions. Followed by a strengthen of the
states by combining common services as well as trying to increase internal production by decreasing taxes on the
homemade goods and increasing the taxes on the foreign. This would result not only in a more united and
stronger Europe, but possible one that hasn’t been seen since the height of the Roman Empire.

                                                Asian Economy

Now the Asian economy is one of the strongest in the world if not the strongest. And on top of this I
would say that it also has the most potential growth not only in terms of manufacturing but also in tourism and
farming. This would make the Asian economy more independent of the Western economies such that lows in the
Western economies would not affect the Asian economy. Thus my plan for Asia is to make it more independent by
encouraging Asian countries to focus more on farming on a large scale as well as tourism. This would also occur
with intentions of uniting the Asian nations like that of Europe, such that the Asian countries could support each
other in their growth and development.

The first step then would be the Asian nations finding out their natural abidance of potential farming land
as well as possible tourism locations. Then using this new found knowledge, encourage locals to pursue farming or
tourism by either government funding or prospected profit figures. This then would allow the nations to create a
more uniform and structured economy, which would be much stronger than what they currently have.

Furthermore, nations that are limited by only having an economy focused on one sector would have to
band together in a union. This union would be one of free trade in between these one sector based economy
nations, thus allowing the nations to strength each other and unite in an even stronger peace. This would also
allow the weaker Asian nations when in this Union to have a stronger voice against the more powerful nations that
would normally overlook or even force them into doing it their way. Of course, before any Union can exist the
individual countries would first have to determine their own resources and forms of economy, before they can
form a strong Union, the steps on how to create this union will be explained in the Asian section.

Remaining Parts of the World Economy
Africa

Due to the state of chaos from the civil wars, famines and droughts there is many issues that need to be
solved first before an economic progress can be achieved in Africa. Yet, many of these problems are coherent with
the economy in Africa. And therefore can be solved at the same time by following a few simple steps.

Thus the first step, to rebut the Africa economy, would be to build canals and other water reserves. (How
to come about this is something I will explain in more detail in the Africa section.) This would produce more farm
ground which in itself would bring about an end to the famines in Africa as well as provide reserves of water for
use during times of drought.

After some time, when an ample amount of food and water is gathered, the Africa people would be able
to focus more on education and other services/jobs (Due to no longer have to focus on living day to day). This
would further strengthen the African countries to such a point where civil wars would become as uncommon as
they are in other parts of the world. This would be mostly due to the people no longer having to fight with their
government and fellow people over the limited resources. Basically, when everyone has food and water available
to them there is little else to fight over.

Once peace is established the African countries can start to focus on forming Unions as well as making
profits from tourism and other economic sectors. The reason for Unions is much like I have mention already that
being the formation of stronger economies as well as peace. Thus once all the above as been accomplished the
African states should find themselves enjoying the peace and prosperity of the United States and Europe.

Caribbean, Central and South America

Out of all the location in the world I believe that Central and South America has the most potential. I
say this because these nations have the greatest potential in almost every aspect of economy. Thus my plan
for this section of the world is to continue its development until it reaches its full potential. Whereas, once
that potential is meet, form Unions to strength the economy and stabilize peace throughout the area.

Hence to begin like Africa I would have the countries form a strong base of water supply and crops
such that they can support their own population. Once this mark is achieved the nations’ economies can focus
on tourism and other means of profit. There upon a final phase would be started up with the unionization of
the different nations. Basically, the same steps as Africa would be followed for the Caribbean, Central and
South America.

Middle East

As of now the Middle East economy is basically that of oil production and illegal drugs. Yet, this will not
last for as soon as the oil dries up the Middle East will have no economy. Thus to keep the Middle East economy
stable and even make it stronger I would have them form a union as well as develop areas around water to
produce crops and form tourism sectors along the coast line.
Hence the first phase of my plan is to form a Middle Eastern union (How to do this is explained in the
Middle Eastern Section). This would allow the Middle Eastern countries to support each other since water and
farm land is a rarity in the region. Furthermore, this would allow the stronger nations to support and strength the
weaker nations. Basically, such a union would overall strengthen the Middle East to such a point where they would
not need outside aide and more importantly create a peace. Thus eliminating wars, which are common in the
region, and most likely destroying terrorism throughout the region.

After completing a Union in the region and creating a universal peace. The next step is to develop all the
fresh water side areas into crop lands as well as water reserves. Thus giving the people food and water on which
they can survive and once again like Africa pursue education and working in other sectors of the work world.

Furthermore, once a stable base is achieved tourism amongst coast lines and ancient monuments can be
pursued. This itself would greatly boost the economy in the region to such a point that it would replace oil and
possibly even bring in more money than oil. In fact this idea has already been pursued by several Middle Eastern
visionaries, who saw the future was not in oil but tourism.

Thus once this step is complete a strong peaceful Middle East would arise, a Middle East free from war,
and terror something that hasn’t been seen for centuries if not ever before.

                                                Division of Wealth

For most nations in the world there is a large division of wealth. Where a top few control almost all of the
wealth and the majority controls basically none of the wealth. Thus to help to average out the wealth a series of
governmental laws on wages and benefits (such as bonus and corporate provided gifts) would need to be passed.
Below will be a list of law ideas and their limitations.

    1. The medium wage should be based on calculated surveys on the living mediums of the locations where
people live. Basically, it is based on the standard of living in a place with an slightly additional amount add
on top, maybe 5% increase over the standard of living in the area to give the person extra spending
         money.
    2. Total amounts of yearly bonuses and other gifts from corporations can only accumulate up to 2%-5% of
their salary and no more than that (Only for salaries higher than 300,000 a year). This basically prevents
CEO from double or tripling their yearly slaveries through bonus and other give outs.
    3. Furthermore, higher taxes will be imposed on large bonuses and other large value gifts.
    4. Additionally, gifts from other companies will be limited as in 2. This includes reduced prices for CEOs,
         tickets, cars, etc.
    5. Breaking of these would impose higher fines.

                                                           rd nd
It is important to note that due to the states of 3 and some 2 world countries that these laws should
not be imposed. This being due to the limited the companies and wealth in these countries thus all the wealth is
                         st nd
needed. In addition, in 1 and the remaining 2 world countries these laws can be and most likely will have to be
modified appropriately with their current economic standings.

Health Care and Aid for the Poor

My system for health care and aid for the poor go hand to hand in their basic set up. This system is based
on aid centers then monetary give outs. Basically, this system would remove Medicare, Medicaid, and other such
money giving systems, not only because of the difficulty of getting the money but also the large amount of frauds
and scams occurring in these systems as well as similar systems worldwide.

Here a system of building and centers will be set up. These centers would be government food stores,
medical stores, housing, and hospitals. Here a person in need of health care, food or housing can simply walk in
and get what they need, instead of waiting to receive the coupons they need to get it. In addition to prevent fraud
each center will have a mainframe computer database that uses fingerprint technology and other identification
technology. Furthermore, to get into the database the person must prove that they are truly in that situation
having a aid worker come by at check everything out. (Restriction and other such measures may vary depending
on country to country and state to state.)

In cases where the receiver cannot go to the stores and centers, postal vehicles (Helping out postal services
worldwide) can deliver the goods to them. And have the recipient simply sign with a thump print on an electronic
document upon delivery, thus ensuring no frauds or scams occur.

To fund this venture, monetary aid from certain aid programs will be removed. This would give this
program an initial budget in the billions of dollars (varying depending on country). Here the governments can
either build new buildings or use ones in existence. For example, old apartment buildings, grocery stores, etc can
be renovated and transformed into government buildings. In addition, it is beneficial for the government to own
these since it means it will be cheaper to the government in the long run. Since it will only be paying the
manufacture price for goods (which can be more discounted depending on the quantity purchased). Basically, it
saves money by removing the cost sending out the coupons (etc), as well as removing the retail cost on foods,
housing and drugs that people normally have to pay when on current programs. On top of that it would remove
the paper work for all the different agencies and aid programs, remove a majority of fraud, result in costing the
government and hence tax payers less.

                                                North America

Drug Conflicts

One issue that is a growing problem the North America especially in the Southern States of the United
States and Mexico is violence over drugs that being from gangs or the Mexican mafia. Here it is important to
differentiate in between Mexico and the United States since Mexico has the greatest conflicts occurring in it while
the U.S. is slowly following behind. On a side note, as for now there is barely any conflict in Canada but conflict
could be around the corner just like it was in Mexico before spreading to the U.S. Thus the need to stop its spread
now before anymore unnecessary deaths occurs.

United States

The situation in the United States is mainly in the southern states. With the greatest conflicts occurring in
the cities and towns along the Mexican border. For that reason, my plan to solve this is to increase security along
the border. As well as increasing programs to discourage drug use throughout the states, but mainly in major cities
with high drug use.

Therefore, the first stage of this plan is to increase boarder security. This would be done by hiring more
border guards and strengthening the police forces in the border towns or cities. To fund this federal aid which is
normally spent on useless things, such as pointless government waste project, will instead be used to fund and hire
the increased boarder security.

Concurring with this, a new ad campaign as well as incentive program will start up to convince people to
stop using illegal drugs. Here, the ad campaign part would not much different than current campaigns. Yet, what
would be different is instead of sentencing drug users to prison they would be heavy fined as well as being sent to
drug rehab centers. Whereas if they try to run instead of jail time they will face even higher fines and even possible
property loss. Basically, instead of wasting money and real estate on sending drug users to jail, the government
can make a profit off the fines and hire even more police to attack drugs at their sources in the states.

Mexico

Unlike the rest of North America, Mexico has it the worse and is the perfect example of what could
happen to the U.S. if drug conflict is not seriously looked at. Yet, even though Mexico seems to be in a hopeless
situation there is a few steps that can be taken to turn the tide. Thus my plan is support/strength, spread, cripple
and finally consume.

Here the first step is to gain support against the mafia. To do this first an ad campaign will be started up
to show the public the horrors of the Mexican mafia. In addition, the strengthening of police forces and military
action against the mafia would occur in areas where their influence is weak, these stopping it in these areas.

After the mafia is cleared out of those areas, a new set of raids will occur to remove them from other
areas (preferable area where their influence is the weakest or weakened by previous such moves). In addition,
once the mafia is removed from these areas; the newly cleared areas will be strengthened by increasing the police
forces in these areas thus preventing the mafia from returning to these places.

Once enough ground has been taken back from the mafia, the mafia would find itself in a tight spot will
little useable routes. As a result this would leave the Mexican government in a commanding position against the
mafia and the ability to cripple it. Thus to do this the Mexican government can do a joint attack. This joint attack
would be a combination of a massive arrest effort on the mafia high rollers (thus removing the snakes head) and
attacking critical points along the supply lines. Thus fear and chaos would engulf the remaining parts of the mafia
due the sudden lack of leadership and the crippling of their efforts.
In this chaos and disorder the final devastating blow can be delivered to the Mexican mafia. This final
blow would be a series of attacks and arrest on the remaining mafia in quick order. This would push the remaining
parts of the mafia into even more fear and chaos to such a point where it dissolves into a few rag tag groups that
can be rounded up in subsequent months.

*Funding for this plan can be done by a few things listed below:

1. One way funds can be gained is by starting up fundraisers and foundations to gain donations to pay for hiring
more cops and better arming them.

2. Another way would be heavy fines on drug users and captured mafia.

3. In addition a slight increase in taxes can be used to gain funds.

(An unfortunate note is due to certain corruption is Mexico executing this plan could and would prove to be
extremely difficult.)

Unionizing

Unionization in North America should be relatively easy to do. Since now in days it is almost there itself. I
say this because before 9/11 the United States, Canada and Mexico all had easily passable borders with each
other. Thus I have a few steps along with reasons to set up the union.

    1. Opening of free borders along the U.S.-Canada border and the Mexican-U.S. Border.

Why: Less borders to protect for all nations thus saving all the nations money on border security.

How: With the opening of free boarders, the border security that is normally placed there would no
longer need to be there. Thus they can be placed elsewhere. Furthermore, if the border protection
services of all three countries are combined into a Union border protection. Providing all nations involved
with a cheap and advanced border security that these nations individually do not have.

    2. The creation and use of a universal currency or a simple transfer over to the U.S. dollar

Why: This cuts out currency exchange issues which would be become a major problem with free borders.
Along with strengthen the currency and hence strengthening the governments involved. The best
example is for this is to look at the Euro and its enduring strength over the dollar even in the European
         debt crisis.

How: After deciding what currency to use, wither that be a new one or an existing one, provide currency
exchange centers at banks, stores and other areas of mass currency exchange.
    3. United Common Services

Why: It would be cheaper to create a universal police force and fire department systems as well as other
         common government services.

How: Simply remove cross border limitations for police and fire departments, and add new levels in the
chain of command due to the larger areas of cover, and being an international force. For example,
currently there is town police, county police and state police but this change would add a regional police,
national police and international police in that order on top of the state police (See Figure 1). In addition,
all these departments would have the ability to move outside their borders when in pursuit of criminals,
         fires, etc.

    4. Setting up a Union Chairman and Representative body

Why: The united common services would need a representative body elected out of all the nations to
over look them. In addition, this would also offer a chance to create a new and better form of UN, which
will be explained in the World Peace section. In addition, the chairman will be elected by popular vote out
of all countries involved in the Union to serve in a seven year period and can be impeached by the
         representative body.

How: Elect a representative body out of representative of every country from the regions level, which is a
governmental level above state (see figure 1) as well as a union chairman.

Peace

Peace in North America can and would be easily achieved after the creation of the Union. Yet, until then
not much can be done since North America is as peaceful, in an international standpoint, as it can be.

                                       Central America and Caribbean

Drug Conflicts

Here is it important to note that Central America is mostly just a transit route for drug traffic thus only the
drug routes need to be cut by.

Drug conflict in Central America and the Caribbean can be solved by a method similar to the one I
suggested for using in Mexico. That being, strengthening the police forces in the areas were the mafia is the
weakest and pushing them out of those area. Followed by, the government forces seeking out the next weak
points in the mafia control and removing them from it and replacing them with their own. Subsequently, a
massive attack on the mafia heads and their areas of operation will occur. This would leave the mafia in a state in
chaos which can be furthered increased by a large series of attacks on the remaining mafia until they fall apart
from the chaos and fear.

Unionizing

Unionizing in Central America and the Caribbean would be more difficult than in North America due to
their current states in terms of economy and lack of any start towards unionization. Thus this adds in a few
additional steps to the process of unionization but it would be worth it in the end. Since a Union would strength all
countries involved.

    1. Strengthening of the individual countries economies by researching/discovering all the resources available
to these countries. (The longest step)

Why: This will allow the countries to determine what economies they have as well as the potential growth
they can aspect. Furthermore, once they know what areas to focus on, they can pursue efforts in these
areas of growth to strengthen their economy.

How: Have a series of surveys of geographic and current economic standing plus potentials. For example,
a Central America nation can use its geographic surveys and current economic standing to figure out its
possible growth in tourism. Thus allowing the nation to pursue the best path to produce the greatest
income and strengthen its economy. (Step 4 will start once the economy is built up, thus removing in
potential in the future for European like Greek and Italian debt situations.)

    2. Lowering of crime rates

Why: This would make it easier to open the borders and would also be beneficial to the individual nation’s
         economy.

How: By increasing police forces and other public protection force.

    3. Opening of free borders

    4. The creation and use of a universal currency

Why: This cuts out currency exchange issues which would be become a major problem with free borders.
Along with strengthen the currency and hence strengthening the governments involved.
How: After deciding what currency to use, wither that be a new one or an existing one, provide currency
exchange centers at banks, stores and other areas of mass currency exchange.

In addition,
all these departments would have the ability to move outside their borders when in pursuit of criminals,
         fires, etc.

Peace

Peace in the Central America and the Caribbean would most easily achieved through Unionizing, but
the countries themselves before that point can make it more peaceful by working together in joint efforts that
work towards the benefit of all countries involved. Here the lack of international conflicts makes peace easier
to achieve.

                                                  South America

Drug Conflicts

The drug conflicts in South America must be approached in a different way than the rest of the world, due
to the large amount on illegal drug production in South America. Thus my plan to handle this is alternating farming,
education, support, division, crippling and conquering.
Here the first step is alternating the crops which farmers grow. That is changing their main crop from
illegal drug producing plants to simple food crop. One problem that could be encountered is the difficulty of
growing food crops in some of these areas. On top of that, a large amount of money is paid for this illegal drug
producing plants, meaning a planet that produces high market values as well as easy to grow is needed in
exchange. Thus either a new form of high production wheat needs to be sent to the area, or a new genetically
engineered plant.

After this plant is introduced and used, education will need to take place. This education is necessary to
teach the farmers and farmers’ children the dangers of working with and for the drug cartels. In addition, it would
be necessary to teach the farmers on how to deal with the cartels if they come into contact with each other (So
that the farmers are not hurt by the cartels).

Once the cartels are limited in their production due to this, their income and hence strength will take a
heavy blow. Thus allowing for the government and its police forces to make moves against the cartels and move
them out of areas where their strength is at its weakest.

Upon doing this a few times the cartels would be in chaos and extremely weak meaning the time would
be the perfect to attack the leadership of the cartels and any remaining strongholds. Which would cripple the
cartels and pretty much cause them to fall apart into small gangs. (If this doesn’t work a series of attacks on the
remaining cartel members can take place to cause the same result.)

Finally, a cleanup effort by police forces can take place to remove the remaining gangs and cartel
members on the run.

Unionizing

The steps of unionization of South America are the same as that of Central America and the Caribbean
with only one step to take place before hand. That step is the weakening or removal of drug cartels, and other
criminal organizations. The reasoning for this is that as of now the drug cartels cause internal conflicts in the
governments of South American (and sometimes attack government faculties) meaning forming a union would be
difficult if not impossible to do with their existence or cooperation.

Peace

The strongest peace in South America can be achieved just like the others, that being a creation of a
Union. Lucky, there aren’t many nation-nation conflicts in South America thus removing a lot of potential
problems to creating peace. Yet, besides creating a Union a peace can be created by more joint efforts and the
removal/ weakening of drug cartels.

                                                        Asia
Drug Conflicts

The drug conflicts in Asia are much like that of South America, and Mexico. Thus depending if the nation
is a producer of drugs, or travel route, either my plans for South America or Mexico can be utilized. And if the
nation is a receiver like the United States than my plans for the U.S. can be simply used.

Unionizing

The steps for creating an Asian based union are extremely similar to ones for creating a Central American
one with only one additional step. (The chart showing the steps for unionizing can be seen in either in the Central
                                                                                         st
America section or Figure 2)Since at its certain time, even though some nations are 1 world, a majority of Asian
nations have not found their potential and are still dealing with internal conflicts. Thus the first step is the removal
of internal conflicts from these nations. These can be done by either government type changes or peace talks in
between the sides to find and solve the issues they have. In addition, education can help with these conflicts and
their removal.

One major area that could be some trouble is North Korea but due to its leadership change, weak
economy and shape of its people. A simple move can be done that is showing the people of North Korea the truth
about the rest of the world and the truth about their own repressive government. This can be done be sending
radio and T.V. channels into North Korea about the truth of the rest of the world. Preferably by hacking into their
T.V. stations and Radio stations and sending it out through those. Now, if North Korea gets aggressive about this
and attacks, an EMP and hack attack can be used to knock out the North Korean army as well as series of
assassinations to knock out the leadership of the country in a short period of time.

Peace

Peace in Asia requires a few steps. The first step is the dealing of the North Korea either by means of
aggressively or diplomatically removing its oppressive hold over its people. Furthermore, other aggression will
need to be dealt with either by diplomatic means or by U.N. intervention in the area. Yet, what would be the
easiest is the formation of a Union which would be beneficial to all involved in it for obvious reasons.

                                                    Middle East

Drug Conflicts

The drug conflicts in the Middle East are nowhere as near bad as the rest of the world even though it is
one of the world’s leaders in drug production. This is most likely due to cartels not being completely formed in the
area. Thus the drug conflicts in the area are easy to solve, that being the replacement of the illegal drug producing
crops with others that bring in the same profit if not more. Furthermore, if these crops are easier to grow than
drug crops it will greatly help the switch over. Since it gives the Middle Eastern farmers a crop that is easier to
grow and produces more money than the drug producing crops. Furthermore, education in the area can teach the
farmers better farming method such that they are encouraged to use different crops.

Unionizing

The steps to creating a union in the Middle East are vastly different than other regions of the world thus
the steps are listed below.

Thus allowing
the nation to pursue the best path to produce the greatest income and strengthen its economy. (Step 2
will start once the economy is built up, thus removing in potential in the future for European, Greece and
         Italian debt situations.)

    2. Lowering of crime rates

Why: This would make it easier to open the borders and would also be beneficial to the individual nation’s
         economy.

How: By increasing police forces and other public protection force.

    3. Untie the religions.

         Why:
All three main religions in the area pray to the one God and the books of all three religions fuse together
into one complete book that tells the ideologies of all three. Basically, all have the same moral values and
teachings in them making a combination easy to do.

         How:
Have religious leaders in the area agree and spread this ideology, teach the religious goers that all the
books belong together just like all the lands belong in one union. It will take time, but if enough leaders of
all religions work on this idea of peace, that all three religions fuse into one word of God. Then it can be
         done.

    4. Israel release of Jerusalem to form a city state

         Why:
While being the capital of Israel, it is also the center of the world’s major religions thus it finds itself in a
position like Rome. Here it is incorrect to let anyone religion to control the city.

     How:
Release the city to a city state like Rome, and have it governed by religious leaders of all three major
     religions, in a senate format.

5. Opening of free borders

6. The creation and use of a universal currency

Why: This cuts out currency exchange issues which would be become a major problem with free borders.
Along with strengthen the currency and hence strengthening the governments involved. The best
example is for this is to look at the Euro and its enduring strength over the dollar even in the European
     debt crisis.

How: After deciding what currency to use, wither that be a new one or an existing one, provide currency
exchange centers at banks, stores and other areas of mass currency exchange.

In addition,
all these departments would have the ability to move outside their borders when in pursuit of criminals,
     fires, etc.

Peace

Peace in the Middle East has been and always will be a difficult thing to achieve. Thus the best answer to
create peace is a Middle Eastern union. Yet, before that the Middle East can be made more peaceful by educations
and teaching the other religions to except each other, instead of fighting each other.

                                                      Europe

Drug Conflicts

Due to the lack of knowledge about European drug conflicts and the varying of legal and illegal drugs
nation to nation in Europe, I can only say a few general things about how to solve this conflict. Thus the best I can
offer is to increase border security and police forces, and depending on the nation use some variation of the plans I
have proposed for the United States or Mexico.

Unionizing

Finishing the Union in Europe is much like the North American Progress but will a few steps already
completed. Below are the steps to finish this unionization.

    1. Opening of free borders

In addition,
all these departments would have the ability to move outside their borders when in pursuit of criminals,
         fires, etc.

Peace

A strong peace already exists amongst the European nations due to the current progress of the Union
thus the completion of the last few steps I proposed.

                                                        Africa

Drug Conflicts

While there is some drug conflicts in Africa the main focus at this time should be on the famines, droughts
and civil wars. Hence at this certain time drug conflicts should not be a major factor of time and effort.

Unionizing

Before a union can be created in Africa, the famine, drought, diseases and civil wars must be solved
first. How to solve these initial steps are discussed in their individual sections. After these steps are complete
the African nations just have to follow the basic unionizing layout aka Central America and Caribbean one
(See figure 2).
Peace

What needs to be done in Africa to create peace besides creating a Union. Is the education the population
on such things as farming, canal construction, disease transmission and most importantly religious tolerance. In
addition, joint efforts by the governments and more peace treaties in between them can help to create a greater
peace. Finally, the best for the countries to create internal peace is to keep their people happy, by giving them the
best life possible and always trying to improve it.

                                                Thoughts on Crime

My plans for dealing with crime in the different nations are fairly loose-fitting due to the wide range and
variety of crimes and punishments country to country. Thus my plans are just an overview on how to handle crime
in general.

1st world and some 2nd World Countries

The first part of it is higher fines instead of jail time for lesser crimes. This would empty jails out while at
the same time gaining the government more funds. Other crimes will be treated as normally. To help repel crimes
a commercial campaign will take place plus school classes about the consequences of committing a crime. This
then would most likely reduce crime rates.

Prisons

In addition, jails would have a more productive/manufacturer section to them. The reason for this is to
give prisoners jobs that will teach responsibility and how to hold their job. But more importantly the prison can
charge the prisoners for the food they eat and other such privileges thus relieving the tax payers (due to the
prisoners making the money to pay for themselves). Here is an example to understand this better, say a prisoner
works in a prison factory for 3 hours at $8 an hour, meaning he has $24. With this $24 he can but a basic meal for
$4 or a higher quality one at higher prices. He can also use this money to buy prison allowed goods, such as
cigarettes, chocolate, etc, as well as TV time and channels etc. Basically, the prisoner works and pays for things like
they would without being in prison, which not only relieves the tax payers but also teaches them how to live like a
law abiding citizen.

Finally, the prison factories and other production systems will be designed such that prisoners cannot
construct weapons to hurt other prisons etc. In addition to prevent prison violence more security guards will be
hired as well as more advanced security systems installed. This would be funded by the money saved from the
suggested work program above and the money collected from the higher fines.
2nd world countries

Crime in second world countries can be curved by hiring more police, building more prisons and
rebuilding prisons to have better security systems in them. Here, the same work program can be used as
suggested for first world countries to save them money. Plus the use of fines over jail time on smaller crimes can
help fund this as well as shrink the jail population.

Yet, the basic ideas for 2nd world countries are just to strength and upgrade their current systems and
police forces.

3rd world countries

For third world countries the main focus should just be on finding criminals that commit higher crimes,
such as murder. Thus meaning most crimes would just be fined, so that the government can make money to build
new jails and hiring more police.

Notes for 2nd and 3rd world countries

Basically, for emerging police forces and criminal punishment forces, fines should be favored more than
jail time since fines make the government money. This would result in the government having more money to
                                                                                                          st
build up their police forces and prison systems, to a point where they can copy and use my plans for the 1 world
countries.

                                                Human Trafficking

Another major problem in most countries around the world is Human Trafficking. Thus my way of
removing it is similar to drug cartels due to their similarities since it is humans being shipped instead of drugs.
Thus my plan is simple: cut off, block, strangle and remove.

Here, my first step is to cut off the supply of humans by increasing police forces and encouraging people
to look out for each other and give them a means to protect themselves from abduction. Basically, in areas of high
abduction an increase of police forces will be needed. Here the police forces will have to create check points at
around the abduction areas as well as have a large number of patrols inside it to keep the people safe.
Furthermore, the education of the population in self defense and defense of one another would be beneficial for
the area against abduction.

After this, attacks on the human traffickers’ drop off locations and selling places will need to take place. In
addition to, higher security along the nations borders. This would then block off the traffickers from their selling
points aka blocking off and removing their source of money.
Once the locations are block off a series of new attacks can occur along the supply routes thus crippling
them and causing chaos amongst the human traffickers. This can be accompanied by a removal of trafficking
group heads, which would only serve to further the chaos and fear amongst the human traffickers.

In this fear and chaos the random human trafficking groups will start to fall apart until only a few
members remain. Thus meaning these few remaining members can be round up in subsequent months. This would
result in human trafficking being extremely weakened if not destroyed. Yet, to do this many nations would be
required to work together meaning it might be difficult to do without the formation of a union or a international
pact against human trafficking.

                                Racism, Sexism and other Discrimination

There are many problems that arise from simply hate of someone else for being different in whatever way
they are. To get rid most of the discriminations, in my mind, a few different things need to occur. This being
education, removal of discriminating things from paperwork and documents, and simple acceptance.

The first part of this plan is education, now this does not mean any special classes on the subject or
anything like that. What it means is the treatment of everyone equally and putting young kids of different religions
and races into groups with each other. One important area is the removal a racial themed movies, shows and other
forms of media that have an influence on people (even later on in life). It is important to note, that current U.S.
school systems and young age media programs do a good job at the removal of discrimination from their structure.
Yet, the most important area to remove discrimination is through the parents. This is due to the parents having a
dominate influence on the child thus their racist and other discrimination can and most likely will be passed on to
their kids before their kids move out. Thus the best way to remove discrimination is to remove discriminatory
thought at home.

The second part of the plan is to removal discriminatory effects from application and other paper work
that shows a person’s ethnicity, sex etc. This then removes possibility of any discrimination by the application
reader. Thus meaning the best qualified person gets the interview, or the objective of the paper work.

The final phase is the most difficult one. That is the acceptance of a person being different but not lesser.
This though is a difficult thing since people naturally look down on people who are different, hence a person must
accept that the other person is different and treat them no different. Basically, treat others how you would like to
be treated. But being a human condition, this part will prove the most difficult to overcome and will vary person
to person. Once this is completed, most if not all discrimination will be removed from the country but it will take
time to complete.

                                                      Religion

Peace in between the religions is one of the most important things now in days that needs to be achieved.
Since throughout time, many wars and deaths have been caused due to religious conflicts. Thus my plan is to
create an acceptance of other religions amongst each religion. And even possibly unite them together into one
word of God. Of course, here I am speaking of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam and their evident similarities. In
fact, they are so similar I must admit that I believe they need to be combined together and were also meant to be.
But beyond that, my plan to create peace amongst the religions is education, understanding, and union.

Here the first part of this plan is education. This education is the teaching at religious meeting about the
other religions without hateful content but understanding and caring for them. For example, a religious leader can
do this by agreeing with parts of the different religion such as the other religions main statements to showing how
the other religion is the same to their own. Thus meaning that there is nothing to hate about other religions but
only respect and care for them. Basically, have religious speakers and teachers teach their listens acceptance of
other religions and their followers, not hate.

Along with this understanding needs to take place on an individual level. This can be done by attending
such religious tolerance meetings, mentioned above. Additionally, this can be accomplished by reading other
religions’ holy books and learning from them. Finally, the best way to do this is to simply just talk to people of
other religions and learn from them and accept them for their beliefs.

The final part of my plan is the uniting of similar religions into one religion or the simple creation of a
council were religious leaders of different religions can talk to each other. Here the religions I suggest forming into
one religion are Judaism, Christianity and Islam. This is due to them all receiving words from the same God and
teaching the same things (morals and biblical stories) with only cultural differences. Thus all one needs to see is
that it is the same the word of God in these three books that a being said. Meaning that these Gods original
intention with these books was for mankind to overcome their slight differences and unite these books into one
(Basically, God’s test for mankind). Yet, before this the religions can form a council together to discuss and talk
about the main points of their religion as well as promote peace amongst the religions.

                                                      Famine

A major issue in most parts of the world, famine, is one of the leading causes of death and war. Thus this
issue is one of the most important ones today that needs immediate solutions. My plan then would simply be this
education, building, supplying and growing.

Here the first and most important part of my plan occurs, that being education. Education in this context
is the teaching of farming methods such that the greatest amount of crops can be produced. In addition to, ways
to prevent the growth of deserts through poor farming methods and even improve the ground such that it is more
crop friendly. Basically, through education, the plan is to improve farming skills such that the ground conditions
are also improved.

Once the famers have be educated on new farming skills, the process of building canals and other water
storage areas can begin (This is also a solution to droughts). These structures will also be built in a way such that
crops can be grown around them. Basically, they will be manmade lakes and reserves with special water proofing
to prevent the unnecessary escape of water. With additional watering systems built into them such that crops
around them can be watered. Thus creating conditions in which crops can flourish.
After this, the next step is supplying new low water, pestilent and extreme weather resistant crops to the
areas where the famines are occurring. Also, it is important to note these crops would have to have high yields
such that only a few crops are needed to supply a large number of people with food. These crops can be attainted
from purchase foundation money and other donations from organizations.

Finally, the last step can occur which is growing. Growing here, means the use of the purchased seeds to
first produce more seeds to use in the next growing season. Until, there are enough plants to be used as food and
seeds for the next year. This is also were the education on farming methods would come into great effect.

                                                 Global Warming

Unfortunately, there is not too much that can be done to stop global warming due to not knowing how it
will affect certain areas and the rates of change associated with it. Thus unless a weather control machine is
developed, there only is a few things that can be done, none that can stop global warming only curb it or slow it
down. These things are the commonly know today and employed by many, this being green energy, driving less
etc. But one thing that can be done in addition to this is the creation of green house gas removers. These would
basically filter out and remove green house gases from the atmosphere with the intention of weaken the rate of
global warming or even reversing it. Of course, these will have to be researched and created, basically once again,
showing the need and importance of education.

                                                      Disease

Like global warming and other issues in the world, not much can be done to prevent disease due to its
random appearances, spreading and mortality rates. Thus like global warming the best solution is education and
caution. This would allow doctor and medical researchers to react quickly to any new diseases arrival and create a
cure for it as quickly as possible. The addition of a few more research faculties and manufacture plants can help in
this. But the beyond that the only thing that can be done to prevent it is people taking care of their selves by
washing their hand and doing other healthy habits.

                                                    Space Trash

One forming problem now in days is space trash. Seeing as space is getting fuller of dead satellites, rocket
boosters, and other trash from space craft. It has even gotten to such a point that there is barely enough space to
launch any satellites and other space craft. Consequently, meaning pretty soon here most of this will either start
to fall into decaying orbits and crash into random places on earth or will have to be taken down by other meaning.
Therefore, my plan to handle this is controlled decay. Primarily, NASA and other space exploration groups
would come up with a plan to take down this debris such that it falls in one designated region on the world. This
region would be devoid of human and animal life as well as easily accessible such that the debris can be gathered
and recycled (a desert would be the best).

                                                 Space Exploration

Space exploration is the goal and focus of the future, once peace is achieved. Since space exploration not
only allows for research but possibly off world living facilities and mining facilities for resources. Thus my plan is to
fund space exploration more and transform space flight into a single world effort, due to its benefits to all of
mankind.

Here the first part of my plan is to fund space exploration more. This is simply done, by giving out more
funding. Yet, this will pay off in the end because eventually it will produce living spaces in space as well as mining.
This would be necessary in the future due to the ever growing population of earth.

The last part of my plan is to unite all the space efforts into one world wide effort. Since this will allow
numerous extraordinarily intelligent minds to work together and come up with creative solutions to building things
like space bases. This would change the time to do things from decades to only a few years.

                                                       Disasters

Unfortunately, by modern means it is impossible to pervert or predict disasters. Thus my plan is to
prepare reserves of food, water and portable shelters such that they can be quickly shipped to disaster areas. In
addition, areas that are commonly hit by floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes/typhoons will have construction
requirements (to make the buildings proofed against them). But, beyond that not much more can be done.

                                                          War

International War

International war occurs due to tension in between nations either over policies or resources that one
wants and the other has. So the best way to prevent international war is through a series of treaties, joint efforts
and basic communication such that the nations understand one another. The benefits of each will be explained
below in their subsequent paragraphs.
One deterrent of war in between nations is the use of peace treaties. These probably have the strongest
effect since they allow the governments to share concerns with one another and support each other. As well as
solve issues that they have with each other. Basically, a peace treaty has all the other deterrents I mentioned in it
as long as many other benefits.

Another deterrent to war is joint efforts. Joint efforts allow nations to obviously work together and in a
way form a temporary peace with each other. This then encourages further joint efforts and even possibly peace
treaties. But the basic matter of fact, is joint efforts increase relations in between nations, and hence decreases
any chances of war.

The third and final major deterrent to international war is communication in between nations. This allows
nations to share miss concerns in between the two nations, and find a peaceful way to solve it. Besides that,
through communication nations can come up with peace treaties and/or joint efforts. Consequently, it can be said
that communication is the base of all possible peace and hence the most important of the three major deterrents
of international war.

Civil War

Unlike, international war civil war is more or less easy to prevent depending on the situations. But,
basically, the best way to prevent a civil war is to keep the population happy. Thus the government itself needs to
care for and respect its people since it is there for its people not the other way around.

Unfortunately, there are a few civil wars started by outside influences such as conquering governments
wanting a weaker opponent to conquer, or political entities that want power and a place to start an empire. And
the only real way to prevent this is by strong government and protection of borders from outside. Yet, this security
should not be to such a distract extent to oppress its people, meaning a balance is needed of good laws fair laws.

All in all a happy people equals a happy government and an unhappy people equals a government in
chaos.

                                                    Education

Education, as can be seen in the other sections, is the most important need in the world for without
education, mankind would still be living in caves or even extinct. Thus education is the most valuable treasure that
everyone deserves and needs. A reason most of my solutions to problems in the world involves the process of
                                                                                        st nd rd
educating people. Therefore, in the following I suggest certain education set ups for 1 world, 2 world and 3
world countries.

1st World Countries
                               st
My suggestions for 1 world countries is the standard Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School and
                                                       st
High School set up which is common place in many 1 world countries. Therefore, all that is needed is the
strengthening of these school systems by providing more funding such that the students get the best of the best
such that they succeed in learning. The next step is to make the receiving a college education easier. What I mean
is the creation of education programs that in exchange for community work students get college discounted or for
free. In addition, I suggest making the first two years of college government subsidized as long as the student
attends a two year community college and gets a 3.5 average or higher throughout high school. Mainly, as long as
a student tries and does well in school they should receive this. This though cannot take place until the future most
likely after the creation and formation of Unions.

2nd World Countries
              nd
For 2 world countries I suggest the creation of a Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School and High
School system. If it is already in existence it needs to be strengthened to a point such that it is in everyone ability
to reach/go to it. In addition it would be structured in a way to providing them with a good education such that
                                                                                                           nd
they are ready and prepared for college and much more importantly, the work world. Essentially, in 2 world
countries this education system should prep students for the work world.

3rd World Countries
             rd
In 3 world countries I suggest the creation of specialized classes to teach the people the skills they need
to survive and prosper. Fundamentally, these classes should teach their students the essentials such as how to
cook food, plant and grow crops, health care (washing hands and other safe practices), voting, driving, etc
(everything someone needs for life in the modern world).

                                                    World Peace

The creation of world peace, a dream that mankind has had since its existence can become a reality once
the unions are created and the following steps are taken. These steps are the creation of the United Council (A UN
replacement), the creation of a religious council and one religion and finally the setting of focus on the
advancement of mankind instead of extinguishing someone else’s life.

Here the most vital way to achieve world peace is the creation of United Council. A United Council is a
three assembly, over watch body made out of Union chairmen and Union representatives. With the purpose of
providing support to areas under stress, as well as settling all issues before violence erupts or ending them as soon
as possible. Chiefly, its purpose is to maintain peace and better mankind, to guarantee a future free from war,
famine, and anything else that can be preventable.

Now its structure is three assemblies of Union Chairmen and Representatives. These three assemblies are
the Senate, Leadership council and House of Morals. The Senate is composed of representatives from the regions,
and comes up and creates plans for situations in the world. The leadership council is composed of the Union
Chairmen and they execute the plans and have to allow the plans to take place in their respective Unions. And
finally the House of Morals is composed national representatives and they decide if the plans are morally correct.
Unfortunately, going over its design, powers etc will have to take another book.

After the creation of a United Council, a religious council or one religion will need to be formed. The
reason for this as I have already mentioned, is that the three major religions are so similar that they must have
been meant to be put together into one word of God or at least form a council together to share their thoughts.
And any council/one religion would encourage peace in between these religions thus bringing about an end of
most religious conflicts in the world.

The final step to create world peace is the changing of peoples focus off of war onto other things such as
space flight that would be more beneficial to the world. The reasoning behind this step is simple, and obvious since
without thoughts and focus on war and violence there would barely be any wars or violence.

                                                       Conclusions

All in all these solutions to these problems are my own opinions and thoughts on the subjects. Thus it is
your choice to take it, leave it, use some of it, all of it or none of it. But all in all try my main attention of this is try
to make the world a better place. Therefore, I ask you personally when you see someone in need help them out,
when you know something that can make the world a better place than do it.

Peace and happiness is deserved for all.

                                           Figure One- Union Hierarchy

The union hierarchy is as follows:
Town- keeps up with local issues and provides local services

                                         For each individual town

County- keeps up with county issues and services

                                        Compose of several towns

State- Keeps up with state issues and services

                                      Normal state structure and size

                                  Regional-Regional issues and services

Bigger than a state but smaller than a nation/Compose of Several States

                                  National- Nation issues and services

The now in day existent states

                            International- International issues and services

                                              All the nations

Figure Two- Steps to Creating a Union (Basic Format/Central America Format)

In addition,
all these departments would have the ability to move outside their borders when in pursuit of criminals,
     fires, etc.
