      WHY AREN’T THERE SEED NUMBERS IN THE FIRST ROUND? The CCS Basketball Bylaws
       changed this year. The CCS Basketball Committee (consisting of a coach from every league) will seed
       the top 8 teams and place the rest considering several factors. Click here to review the CCS Basketball
