Thank you for participating in the above Exhibition.

We are pleased to forward an Exhibitor’s Manual to enable you to make the necessary preparations for the coming
Event. Exhibitors are strongly recommended to read the contents carefully.

In anticipation of the various facilities and services that may be required for your participation, we would appreciate
if you could specify your orders in the Forms enclosed in this Manual.

Please return ALL completed and signed order forms together with the necessary payments, booth design drawings
/ plans (for bare space scheme) and other relevant materials to us before December 23, 2011 to ensure that all
relevant matters are smoothly and properly arranged and processed. Please return all the Forms so that we can be
certain none has been lost in transit. If you join after the booking deadline, send the Forms by fax at your earliest
opportunity. We will then have the maximum possible time to provide for your requirement.

When no facility or service is required, please mark “NOT APPLICABLE” across the Checklist Form. Please
make a copy of the forms for your own record.

To expedite matters, please enclose all necessary plans, other materials and payment which should be made payable

Exhibitors should be aware of the following important matters:

•   The Hall is open from 0900 hour to 2100 hour during Build-up (February 18 and 19, 2012) and from 0900
    hour to 1400 hour during Teardown (February 23, 2012) days. Thereafter, all persons MUST leave the hall for
    security reasons.

•   Exhibitors are advised that electrical supply will be available from February 19, 2012, 14:00 hours onwards
    (subject to testing). You and your contractors are reminded to bring your own portable generator if you require
    electrical power before this date.

    A “Decision-Maker” from each participating company is recommended to be available on or before
     0900 hour on Monday, February 20, 2012, to facilitate any last minute requirement.

    Children below 16 years of age are not permitted on site throughout build-up and tear down days.
     Please note that this also includes the children of exhibitors, contractors and visitors.

    All light items / exhibits which can be hand-carried are advised to be removed after exhibition closes on
     Wednesday, February 22, 2012 for security reasons.

SOUND LEVEL
Exhibitors having audio-visual demonstrations during the
exhibition must keep the sound level at a rate that causes
no interference with or annoyance to other exhibitors.
The Organiser reserves the right to reduce the sound
level or switch off audio-visual displays causing
problems, regarding which the Organiser's decision is
final.

DISTRIBUTION OF BALLOONS

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITORS AND AUTHORISED CONTRACTORS
Dear exhibitors, kindly adhere to the guidelines stated below. Thank you.


Bare Space Booths
1) All booth designs must be submitted to the organiser 45 days prior to the exhibition for
    approval. Please email to gillian.loh@lines.com.sg.
2) All structures can only go up to a maximum height of 5.5m.
3) All bare space booths are required to place carpeting for the space taken. Please use an
    appropriate carpet tape to secure the carpet to the floor area.
4) Exhibitors whose stands are aligned to another stand (booths that are not island booths) are
    to ensure that they provide their own wall panel (back/side wall system panel / carpentary
    wall). No exhibitor will be allowed to take advantage of their exhibiting neighbour’s back/side
    wall.
5) All booth designs submitted should include the following:
    i)      perspective view and top / front / right & left side / rear elevation
    ii)     layout plan with electrical and phone markings (if any)
    iii)    dimensions of the structure, that is, Length/ Width / Height


Banners / Helium Balloons
6) The organiser should be informed if the exhibitor is hanging any banner or helium balloon
    (including dimension) above the booth.
7) All banner and balloons should be hanged 3m away from the hall ceiling.
8) Please note that there is air space cost imposed for suspending of balloons and/or banners.
    Also there is banner point cost imposed for suspending of banners.


Covered Ceiling with Booth Structure
9) There should be no cover ceiling within the booth structure due to fire safety regulations.
10) Should there be covered ceiling in any part of the booth structure, the exhibitor/appointed
    contractor is required to provide the fire retardant fabric sample and the certificate for
    approval, as well as FSB approval if required.
11) Should any part of the design structure have the potential of initiating high intensity of heat
    produced in the hall and/or booth, the exhibitor is required to install water sprinklers in the
    booth accordingly.


PE Endorsement
12) PE endorsement needs to be submitted for the following:
     -      Hanging Banner
     -      Hanging Truss
     -      Floor Truss
     Please also submit the dimensions and weight of the truss, including the loading per truss leg
     and base plate.
13) Please ensure that your PE endorsement has the authorized signature and stamp of the
    certification clause on each page of the structural design. The following is a sample clause for
    the floor truss:

    capacity.

Booth System Panel Dimensions for Printing of Poster

1)    To Print One Poster On One System Panel:
     • One full panel - 950mm (w) x 2360mm (ht)*
     • Half panel - 455mm (w) x 2360mm (ht)*
         * 2360mm (ht) excludes the top and bottom aluminum

2) To Print One Big Poster Across System Panels:
   • Visually seen white plywood system panel in a booth is 950mm (w)
   • Aluminum section joining plywood is 40mm (w)
   • From centre to centre of the aluminum section including 1 system panel is 990mm (w)
   • For a 3m side booth, the total width can be calculated as 2930mm without the 2 last end aluminum section, but
   including the center ones.
   • The little pop out of the aluminum is 5.5mm.

3) To Construct A Wooden Backdrop:
   • Height from floor level to the top of the panel inclusive of the aluminum beam is 2480mm.
   • Aluminum beam at the top and bottom of the panel is 50mm (ht) each.
   • The adjusted foot below the bottom aluminum beam is 20mm (ht)
   • The recommended height to construct a wooden backdrop is 2400mm (ht).

                        OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS
RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Contractors are required to wear passes provided by the Organiser while in the exhibition hall.

2.    No structure may exceed the approved height (maximum height of 5.5 metres).

3.    No part of the structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated.

4.    No suspension may be made from the ceiling of the exhibition hall or may any fixing be made to the floor,
      walls, pillars or any part of the building structure.

5.    The name and stand number of the exhibitor must be prominently displayed. Should this requirement not be
      observed, the Organiser reserves the rights to affix stand numbers they consider fit and any charges incurred
      to be borne by the Exhibitor.

6.    Exhibitors whose stands are adjacent to another stand are to ensure that they provide their own wall panel. No
      Exhibitor will be allowed to take advantage of their back wall.

7.    Outside Contractors are required to collect the badges themselves from the Organiser. Badges will only
      be issued when both the performance bond and the undertakings are received.

8.    No outside Contractors will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall if the performance bond is not fully made.

9.    The Contractor is responsible for removal of construction debris, stand-fitting materials, crates, cartons and
      other waste materials in the stand constructed by them during the setting up and dismantling period. A penalty
      will be deducted from the performance bond for additional cleaning cost incurred for removal of the above-
      mentioned items if they do not comply with this rule.

10.   Contractors will also have to bear any charges levied by the Hall Owner (Exhibition Venue) for damages
      caused to their property, flooring or for debris not cleared away.

11.   Contractors must conform to all safety and other regulations that are required by the Hall Owner, Fire
      Department, Organiser, etc.

12.   The stand constructed by the Contractor must be completed on time.

13.   The Contractor will be held liable for any damage or injuries to any person or properties whatsoever be
      caused by or attributable to :

      i) Any act, omission or otherwise of the Contractor, or
      ii) Any goods, articles, materials or any other property of the Contractor.

14.   A suitable floor covering, such as carpet must be provided for all stands.

15.   The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss of the Contractor’s property during the erection,
      dismantling of the show period.

16.   The Contractor must exercise greater supervision and control in ensuring that your employees / workers either
      hold a valid work permit or an employment pass before commencement of any works and throughout the
      exhibition period.

Under the local labour law, a normal working day consists of 8 hours of work. Any hours longer than that will be
considered as over-time and additional hours will be charged accordingly.



PLEASE NOTE :                 Temporary staff should not be entrusted with the handling of cash or other valuables.
                              Exhibitors will be responsible for the safety of temporary staff whilst on their stand. The show
                              management will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by such personnel.

 Hotel reservations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of exhibitors / visitors.
 Room reservations are confirmed with a ONE room night non-refundable deposit make payable to Burnaby Solutions Pte Ltd followed by balance
   payment on and before 06 January 2012.
 In the event that your travel dates change after submitting this form, please notify Burnaby Solutions immediately.
 Rates are valid only from 19 – 23 February 2012.
 A cancellation charge equivalent to one night room charge is levied in the event of cancellation for each confirmed reservation.
 Any cancellation made on/after 06 January and early departure or no show is subject to FULL CANCELLATION CHARGE based on FULL LENGTH

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2197 accepts no responsibility whatsoever
   for any theft, damage or other misdemeanour to vehicle while parked in the car parks or any
   premises within the development.

2. All vehicles are parked at the owners' risks.

3. The use of the car parks is subject to the provisions of the Parking Places Act and the Rules
   made thereunder.

4. Vehicles will be clamped for unauthorised parking in the car parks. An administrative charge
  of $100.00 (subject to GST) will be imposed for removal of the wheel clamps.

5. Vehicles will be clamped for failure to pay outstanding carpark charges. An administrative fee
   of $50.00 will be imposed for every incident of non-payment of outstanding carpark charges.

Exhibitors and Contractors removing exhibits, equipment or materials out of the Exhibition Hall are required to fill up this Form
and hand it to the Security Officer stationed at the exit point of the Exhibition Hall.
