							               The first meeting of the members of PHOTO FESTIVAL UNION
                                   29.09.2005, Lodz, Poland


                                        REGULATIONS


   1. Each festival member should promote PHOTO FESTIVAL UNION by:
      • a link to its own website,
      • logo and information about PFU activities on its own website,
      • sending a press release to the national media about PFU once a year

   2. Each festival member should support promotion of other festivals by:
      • exchanging newsletters,
      • sending a press release about other festivals to the national media , if any festival
      should request it.

   3. Each member should provide accessible contact details of the artists, curators,
      lecturers etc. for other members.

   4. Every year a catalogue will be published gathering information about all activities
      prepared under the banner of PHOTO FESTIVAL UNION. The catalogue will be
      published by Foundation of Visual Education.

   5. During each festival there will be one activity organized under the banner of PFU
      (exhibition, slide-show, workshop, lecture), prepared by other festival members.

   6. The next meeting of PHOTO FESTIVAL UNION’s members will take place in April
      2006 in Rome, during FotoGrafia – International Festival. A common slide show will
      be held of which the participation is voluntary.

   7. Foundation of Visual Education will update common website www.festivalunion.com
      and will make a forum.

   8. The list of participants of the first meeting of the members of PHOTO FESTIVAL
      UNION.
