The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is looking for a business professional to join our team in
Alexandria, VA as a Graphic Designer reporting to the VP of Communication.

The primary function of the position of the Graphic Designer is to manage the organization’s
visual brand identity through the creation, design, management and production of publications
and collateral materials n service of the organization’s communications efforts. The Graphic
Designer supports the organization with hard- and soft-copy products, and is responsible for a
wide-range of routine-to-complex projects, such as publications, brochures, cover design,
posters, briefings, illustrations, logos, and exhibits. Opportunities exist to participate in internal
training as well as external workshops and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Create, design, manage and produce publications, collateral materials and multi-media
    Manage EO’s visual brand expression and graphic standards
    Provide creative direction and expert input for appropriate budgeting and scheduling of
    Serve as an internal consultant to various internal departments regarding their visual
       design needs
    Develop and manage relationships with external vendors; ensure on-time delivery of
       quality products within budget
    Stay abreast of trends and concepts by attending design workshops, reviewing
       professional publications, participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in design, multimedia or related field or equivalent formal training
    Three to five years experience in visual brand management, graphic design and art
    At least two years experience leading magazine/publication design and layout
    A strong portfolio with excellent design aesthetic and execution
    Familiar with typography, font styles, pantones and color theory
