Mr. Sylvan Baca is a high school student at Albuquerque Academy. Mr. Baca, over the
past year, has enjoyed the opportunity of working with friends from several Albuquerque
high schools in coordinating a program that allows young musicians to share their talent
with nursing home residents. Mr. Sylvan Baca lives in City Council District 4.
