							Sample Custody Agreements Policy
If your child has custody arrangements, you must provide the program with court papers
indicating who has permission to pick up the child. The program may not deny a
biological or custodial parent access to their child without proper documentation.

In the event a non-custodial parent without permission to pick up the child attempts to
pick up the child, local law enforcement will be contacted. Staff will not physically
prevent such a parent from taking the child, but will attempt to delay to delay the child’s
departure until police arrive. Please notify staff if such an attempt is likely to occur.
