Registration Requirements:

   1- Entrance Fee: $600.00 with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 sent with application
      and the balance of $300.00 due 30 days prior to your tournament.
   2- USA Hockey Stamped Roster: A USA Hockey stamped roster signed by the registrar
      must accompany your team’s application. Any changes to the roster must be received
      prior to your tournament to ensure player eligibility. This also applies to coaches.
   3- Team Photo: A team photo must be received 4 weeks prior to your tournament. It can be
      mailed or e-mailed. It does not have to be professional.
   4- Team Souvenir Exchange: All teams are asked to bring something to exchange, i.e. pins,
      towels, pucks, patches.
                            All teams must be USA Hockey rostered
                            No Select or Metro teams will be accepted

                         MVYH Tournament Information

Features:
   * Guaranteed 4 games
   * Official USA Sanctioned Tournament
   * Souvenir exchange
   * Trophies will be awarded to all Mite and Squirt players. PeeWee and
   Bantam players will Receive trophies for the championship team.
   * 50/50 raffles and more!

Rules:
     Playing rules are USA/MASS Hockey. Ties will stand in all games except the
championship game.

Games:
       Games will be played on Friday evening, two on Saturday, and either a
consolation or championship game on Sunday morning. All games will be 60 minutes
long except the House Mite games that will be 50 minutes.

Trophies:
       Individual trophies will be awarded in the Girls, Mite and Squirt levels. PeeWee
and Bantam players will be awarded individual trophies to championship team. Team
trophies will be given to the coach for 1st & 2nd place teams at all levels.

Souvenirs:
         We will exchange souvenirs at the beginning of each game; the coaches will take
care of this. Their will also be programs at the door. This program will have the teams’
photos and rosters along with a schedule and tournament rules. Please make sure to get
your photo and roster in as soon as possible, we do not want to leave anyone out.

Arena Parking:
          As you enter the Arena, please drive to the rear of the building to drop off
players, then park anywhere you like. Players are to enter through the rear team entrance
then check-in at the tournament table, before heading to the locker rooms.

Directions- from the Vineyard Haven ferry docks to the arena. Turn left out of ferry lot,
stay to the right, and follow to the intersection. Turn right and stay to the left as you
follow it up the hill approx. ¼ mile. Take a left at Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Rd. Stay
straight on this for approx. 3 miles, through the 4-way intersection, past the high school
on the right, the arena will be just after on the left. To continue on to Edgartown, follow
