                                    CDO Judging Summary
Brittany Majors was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia. Her father is retired military,
her mother is a schoolteacher and her older sister is a disability analyst for the state. Brittany
attended Old Dominion University and graduated in 2008 from Norfolk State University
receiving her Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Soon after graduating, she became
employed as a Piping and Layout Designer for Bechtel, a Nuclear Power Company located in
Frederick, Maryland. Brittany is currently the Secretary for the Frederick chapter of NSBE. In
her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, playing tennis, and traveling with friends and family.
