     b. Users may download, view and print content from this site for private and non-
        commercial purposes only.
     c. All rights of ABN and its employees/agents are reserved.
     d. ABN cannot screen or edit all the content available from the ABN site and does
        not accept any liability for illegal, defamatory or obscene content. Users are
        encouraged to inform ABN of any content that may be offensive or illegal.

      a. All the content, trademarks and data on this web site, including but not limited to,
         software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information,
         designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to ABN and as such are
         protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

      a. When a user registers on ABN or sends e-mails to ABN, that user consents to
         receiving communications from ABN electronically and agrees that all
         agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent by ABN
         satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited, to the requirement that
         such communications should be "in writing".

      a. Apart from the provisions of sections 43(5) and 43(6) of the Electronic
         Communications and Transactions Act, neither ABN nor any of its agents or
         representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever
         nature arising from the use or inability to use this web site or the services or
         content provided from and through this web site.
      b. Furthermore, ABN makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise,
         that, amongst others, the content and technology available from this web site are
         free from errors or omissions. Users are encouraged to report any possible
         malfunctions and errors to the person referred to in clause 1.

     a. PRICES:
            i. The price of each event/course is displayed with details of the
               event/course. In the event of a discount or special offer, the discounted
               price or special offer is displayed.

        All transactions will be processed in ZAR (South African Rands)
        c. VALUE ADDED TAX:
        Value added tax at the rate of 14% is charged on courses attended.

     a. ABN issues immediate electronic booking confirmations. If you have not
         received confirmation of your booking before the event, contact us to ensure that
         your booking has been registered.
     b. In cases of bookings not being confirmed, email
         Zubaidah.Haniff@cnbcafrica.com or call (011) 384-0300.

      a. Credit card payments.
              i. At the time of registering for an event, the transaction details are
                 presented to the bank and an authorization is obtained for the amount of
                 the order.
      b. Bank deposit payments.
              i. If the buyer selects to pay via bank deposit, instructions will be given on
                 how to deposit monies into the bank account and confirmation shall be
                 subject to the following rules:
             ii. The exact amount must be paid
            iii. The payment must be identified by supplying the invoice number and
                 surname or company name in the reference section of the deposit slip or
                 on the electronic transfer.
            iv. Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period.
             v. No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa.
            vi. Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days.

      a. Dates
              i. All ABN events are run on the advertised dates unless officially
                 changed, in which case all delegates will be informed of the change.
             ii. ABN cannot be held responsible for changes to event dates which may
                 be beyond its control.

        b. Times
                i. Courses and workshops are run from 8.30am until 4.30pm, unless
                   otherwise advertised.
               ii. ABN may not be held liable should any event run beyond these times,

       a. Refunds and Cancellations
               i. ABN operates a strict no refund policy if cancellation is within 5 working
                  days of the event
              ii. If cancellation is more than 5 working days before the event a full refund
                  will be made.
             iii. Booking cancellations must be made in writing or by email to
             iv. If the event is cancelled by ABN all delegates will be refunded in full.

      a. This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa
         and therefore governed by South African law.
       a. Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web
          site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall
          be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that ABN suffers
          any damage or loss.
       b. The user agrees and warrants that its log-in name and password shall:
       c. be used for personal use only; and
       d. not be disclosed to any third party.
       e. The user allows ABN to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and
          security of the ABN site and back-office applications.
       f. All credit card transactions are Secure Socket Layers encrypted.

       a. ABN may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any
          time without notice.

       a. In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties
          on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, and not resolved
          through the Customer Relations Department of ABN, then such a dispute shall
          be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the
          Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be
          conducted in Johannesburg in English. .

      a. ABN chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this
          agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or
          communication of whatsoever nature, 88 Stella Street, 4 Floor, West Tower,
          Sandown Mews, Sandton.

       a. ABN shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users.
          For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as
          detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
       b. ABN may electronically collect, store and use the following personal information
          of Users:
                 i. name and surname;
                ii. birth date;
               iii. gender;
              iv. country of residence
                v. closest city;
              vi. non-personal browsing habits and click patterns;
              vii. e-mail address; and
             viii. IP address.

        c.   ABN collects, stores and uses the abovementioned information for the following
                   i. to greet the User when he/she accesses the ABN web site;
                  ii. subject to the User's consent, inform the User of facts relating to his/her
                      access and use of the ABN website;
                 iii. subject to the User's consent, inform the User about competitions and
                      special offers from ABN and/or its partners / affiliates;
                iv. to compile non-personal statistical information about browsing habits,
                      click-patterns and access to the ABN web site.
d. Information detailed above is collected either electronically by using cookies or is
   provided voluntarily by the User. Users may determine cookie use independently
   through their browser settings.

e. The User may elect not to receive any communications from ABN and/or its
   partners / affiliates.

f.   ABN may collect, maintain, save, compile, share, disclose and sell any
     information collected from users, subject to the following provisions:

          i. ABN shall not disclose personal information from Users unless the User
             consents thereto;
         ii. ABN shall disclose information without the User's consent only through
             due legal process; and
        iii. ABN may compile, use and share any information that does not relate to
             any specific individual.
        iv. ABN owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information
             collected and compiled by ABN.
