                           The Ebony Ladies Golf League will host our 36th Annual Jack and Jill Golf
Secretary                  Tournament on Sunday, August 7, 2011, at the beautiful University Golf Club in

                           University Park, IL. Currently, we are seeking prospective sponsors interested in
Treasurer                  promoting their business through this annual event, which will provide scholarship

                           funds for the Ebony Ladies Junior Golf Scholarship Foundation.

 Sondra Few                Ebony Ladies Golf League was organized in 1974 to promote good golfing skills
                           among women. Each year the League hosts a Jack and Jill Golf Tournament. In the
Members                    past proceeds from this event have been given to charitable organizations. Some of

 Mary Goosby               Society, and the Y-Me Breast Cancer Foundation. More recently we began donating

                           the proceeds from our event to local organizations, i.e., The Illinois Sarcoidosis

                           Foundation, Tabitha House for Women, Clara's House, Tesla Alternative School, the
Charlotte Mays
                           Sadie Waterford Foundation, Sisters Network Inc., and B.R.O.C.K.

                           The league has also supported Rally-For-A-Cure and the Alzheimer's Association.

                           As an Illinois tax exempt corporation, the Ebony Ladies Junior Golf Scholarship
                           Foundation, relies on generous organizations/businesses, like yours, to sponsor and/or
                           donate monies and/or goods to help us facilitate opportunities for junior female
                           golfers between the ages of 8 and 18 years to use golf as a tool to develop their
                           character and their golf games through programs and leagues that are affordable to
                           children from all economic backgrounds. In addition to donating to our Foundation,
                           we are currently offering sponsorship opportunities to support this event.

                           We would love to have you or members of your organization join us. Please
                           consider entering a team or being a hole sponsor for the event. The cost to
                           sponsor a hole is $100.00 Additionally, there will be several raffles, contests of
                           skill and gift give-a-ways during the golf tournament; please consider donating
                           products, merchandise, gift certificates, etc., to give golfers during the golf outing.

                           As always, we appreciate any and all consideration. Enclosed is a flyer outlining the
                           day’s event and our 2011 Ad Book / Program Advertising Agreement. To
                           participate or sponsor this exciting event, please complete the sponsorship
information enclosed with this letter. If you need additional information or if you
