(Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust) in the year 1992 by Hindustan Latex
Limited (renamed as HLL Lifecare Ltd. – a Government of India Undertaking). HLFPPT
is driven by the mission – “Touching Lives with quality care, compassion & effective
services”. Ever since its inception, HLFPPT continues to integrate and expand its
contribution towards achievement of national health and population goals. Since its
inception HLFPPT has been actively involved in implementing healthcare
product/service delivery, providing consulting and management services and conducting
research, capacity building, communication and advocacy services. HLFPPT is currently

About the Program

A pilot project for Condom Social Marketing has been initiated funded by National AIDS
Control Organisation (NACO) ‐HLFPPT in Andhra Pradesh for the financial year
2010‐11. In the background of the growing HIV prevalence in AP the project aims at
providing a specific brand of Condom for the MSM community in AP. The pilot aims at
reaching out 9,900 MSM(as per the proposal) through BCC and Condom Promotion
activities. The main activities of the project are Advocacy with State Partners, Outreach
with NGO/CBO outreach teams and Training and Capacity building of the
Communication and Field Teams.

POSITION TITLE:        Finance Officer
STATIONED:             Hyderabad

Job Description:
    Maintain books of accounts on accrual basis.
    Ensure that the account lines are created in the Accounting System as per the
      approved budget lines and donor approved budget lines.
    Ensure that the books are maintained as per cost center
    Prepare Monthly reconciliations of banks.
    To be part of procurement committee for items to be procured for the projects.
    Ensure all the bills of specific parties related to travel, hotel bookings,
      conferences etc are reviewed and process for payment in time
    Ensuring timely payment of salaries and related benefits in line with
      organizational approvals and norms and statutory requirements;
    Co-ordinate with Corporate FM’s for Monthly reconciliation of corporate
      accounts and Project accounts
       Prepare of monthly MIS reports and suggest corrective actions in case of
       Prepare cash flow analysis on significant trends and key ratios on a monthly
       Prepare Budget VS actual analysis on a monthly /Quarterly/Yearly basis.
       Ensure timely preparation the financial reports required to comply with Statutory
        laws Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account & Receipt and Payment
        Account on a Quarterly basis.
       Prepare the schedules related to Statutory Audit in the prescribed formats.
       To check the various statutory details with the books of accounts like TDS on
        vendors and on salaries
       Ensure all the reconciliations (Bank, Advances, Accruals, etc) are made on
        monthly basis and follow-up are done accordingly;

        Education Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate should be ICWA (Inter)/M.Com with 2-4 years of experience in
managing finance and accounts and day-to-day affairs of the Unit including
administration. Person with experience of handling partnership with Government and
HIV/AIDS sector would be preferred.

Remuneration will be based on previous experience and salary history.
