PURPOSE OF JOB:

The main purpose of the role is to develop financial reporting systems and processes.


ORGANISATIONAL POSITION

The role reports to the Finance & IT Director.

There are no direct reports.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The main accountabilities relate to developing accounting systems to support Inspiring Futures new
products, services and systems.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

          Developing financial models to support the reporting of income and operating costs

          Developing the Sage Accounting System to support the new products, services and systems

          Developing and documenting internal processes and procedures for new products, services and
           systems

          Supporting the Finance & IT Director in the preparation of the 2012/13 financial budget


DIMENSIONS

Include budget responsibility for revenue and/or costs
Number of staff – no direct reports
Number of days worked – full time over 3 months
Travel/location dimensions – limited travel; role is based at the Camberley Head Office
Level of authority or sign off where relevant – to be agreed with the Finance & IT Director
