 preparations of Mexico’s regional dishes, along with signature cocktails such as mouthwatering
 margaritas and mojitos.

 Our Private Dining Rooms are warm and inviting, with natural wood accents, earth tones and colorful
 paintings from local artists. With amenities such as a private bar and audio/visual capabilities,
 ZOCALO is the perfect place to host a cocktail reception or seated gathering. The entire restaurant
 is available for rental and can accommodate events up to 225 guests.

PRIVATE DINING POLICIES


  Private Dining Policies and General Information

  Reservations
  Private dining rooms are reserved according to size of the group, time of the event and room availability.

  Guarantees
  A guaranteed number of guests is required three (3) days prior to the event. After that time, the guaran-
  tee may be increased, but not decreased from the number given. The bill for the event will be prepared
  based upon the guaranteed number of guests or the number of guests actually attending, which ever
  number is greater. If no guarantee is given by the client, Zocalo will use the largest number of guests
  listed on the contract as a basis for the guarantee.

  Deposits and Cancellation
  A deposit of $250.00 for groups up to 40 guests and $500.00 for groups over 40 guests or for parties that
  are not during normal business hours, along with a signed contract is required to guarantee the reserva-

  tion. This deposit is refundable 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days prior, the deposit is refundable
  only if we are able to reserve another function of comparable size in place of the cancelled reservation.

  Room Charge
  Though there are no room charges, food and beverage minimums do apply. These amounts are
  determined by various factors such as day of the week, location and demand. Minimums will also vary.
  All minimums do not include tax and gratuity.

  Starting and Ending Times
  Groups must have an agreed upon start and ending time based upon the booking needs of the room.

  Tax and Gratuity
  All food and beverage charges are subject to a 11.5% sales tax and 20% service charge.

  Final Contract
  A final contract showing the details of your function will be prepared and emailed or faxed to you approxi-
  mately one week prior to the event. Zocalo must have on file a signed copy of the event form indicating
  your approval three (3) days prior to your event.

  Payment Terms
  Payment in full is due at the end of the event. The amount of your received deposit will be deducted from
  the total cost of the event. We gladly welcome American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diner’s Club, cash
  and company checks.

  Outside Food & Beverages
  Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the restaurant from the outside. Prior approval is required
  before bringing any food item into the restaurant. Any such food items may be subject to a service
  charge.

  Special Services
  We will be pleased to assist you with any flower, linen or decorative needs. In addition, audio/visual
  support is available. Advanced notification is required and additional charges will apply.
