Class Descriptions LIQUID HEAT (DEEP): Turn up the heat in the deep water by
ANYTHING GOES (SHALLOW): This class may include intervals,
using power moves that increase intensity.
MIX AND MATCH (LAND & DEEP): This class spends 25
circuits, weights, bands, step, plyometrics, balls, etc. This class will minutes on land strengthening upperand lower body muscles; 35
