Big projects/exams can be quite overwhelming unless you break them down into
smaller sub-tasks. Here’s how it works:

     1. Brainstorm about all the steps you need to accomplish to complete the
        project
             Prioritizing Projects: Scheduling Sub-Tasks
   2. Organize your steps above into 4 – 5 sub-tasks
   3. Create deadlines for each of the sub-tasks and display them in the calendar

Meeting your deadlines is crucial to ensuring that you produce your best work.
Circle each sub-task as you complete it.

If it happens that you fall behind on one deadline, you may have to adjust the
others. If this occurs, mark your changes on the same calendar in a different color
pen to identify adjustments.
