Items in BOLD print above are new for this Directory.

If you have e-mail please join the District List Server. It's a free service provided by the District and
will provide you and your club with important Exchange information. To join, send an e-mail to:
  calnevexchange-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or go to
  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CalNevExchange
and your name will be added to the list. You will not receive unwanted advertising, only Exchange
related notices. Check out the Calendar of Events from time to time.

Clubs listed in this directory are listed in alphabetical order by the name of the city in which the club
is located. For example, “North Fresno” can be found under “Fresno, North” and “North San Luis
Obispo County” under “San Luis Obispo, North County.” This is to enable a prospective visitor to
find a club in that location. Be sure to check club meeting day, time and place with a club officer
before attempting to make a visit.

Addresses for club officers or meeting places are located in the same city as that after which the
club is named unless otherwise noted.

The first four digits following the name of each club in the leadline indicate the club number as
assigned by The National Exchange Club. The final three digits following the club name indicate the
club’s division and area. The final letter in the leadline is used for district control purposes only. All
clubs shown with a "AA" have filed their Club Officer Election Report with District for the 2011-2012
  Administrative Year.

                          ABOUT AREA AND DISTRICT DIRECTORS

There are ten divisions in the California-Nevada District, each served by a district director.
Assisting most district directors are one or more area directors. There are twenty areas each
being served by an area director. Area directors serve for a term of one year and are
      appointed by the district director.

District Directors serve for a term of two years with those representing even-numbered
divisions being elected at the district conventions held in even-numbered years and those
representing odd numbered divisions being elected at district conventions held in odd-
numbered years. In the event of a district director vacancy, the district board of directors will
elect a qualified member of a chartered Exchange Club in the same division to fill the office
for the unexpired term. Area director vacancies are filled by the district director of the division
in which the area is situated.

Candidates for either office need not be a past club president.

 * Induction of New Members Can Be Accomplished At This Time. Note:
If speaker needs more time, he/she should be presented earlier than
the regularly scheduled time, but should never be allowed to speak
past the regularly scheduled time for adjournment. It is imperative that
members, all busy business and professional men and women, know
exactly when the club meeting will be adjourned. It is embarrassing for
both the speaker and a member if a member is forced to leave the
meeting before the speaker has concluded his/her remarks. If one knows
ahead of time that he/she will have to leave the meeting before the
speaker’s remarks are concluded, an apology should be extended to
the speaker prior to commencement of the meeting.

                           FOUNDATION CLUB EARNINGS PROGRAMS

eScrip Program

Electronic Scrip Incorporated (ESI) is a California-based corporation dedicated to establishing relationships
between commerce and community — to provide resources to organizations and projects that support
children. ESI introduced the eScrip program in 1999 and has distributed over $120 million to schools and
youth organizations across the country.

Here’s How it Works
• You register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program.
• Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group, based on purchases made by you,
just by using the cards you have registered.
• Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning
on your club's and the Foundation's behalf! 50% of everything you earn goes to your club for its' Programs of
Service and the other 50% goes to the Foundation to help fund the District Youth Projects (e.g., Youth of the
Year, ACE, and Search for Talent). Everyone you can get to sign up for this program helps earn money for
your club and the District's Youth Projects. Friends and relatives can sign up using the information below and
your club will earn based on thier purchases. There is no cost to sign up for this program!

Sign Up Now!
eScrip is proven to be a fantastic resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a
percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or
organization of your choice. You can sign up easily on the internet. All you have to do is go to
www.escrip.com (or click on eScrips link on the District's Web Site Home Page at
www.calhawnevexchange.org) and click on their "Sign up" link. The link will take you to a set of pages that
allow you to enter all of the needed information needed by the program. On the first page you are asked what
Group you want to support. Click in the Group ID circle and then enter 141589329 in the box below. That is
the Foundation's Group ID number which allows eScrip to credit your earnings to the Foundation. The rest of
the pages allow you to enter your personal data in order for eScrip to keep track of your individual purchases.
Please note that eScrip has a very strict Privacy Policy that does not allow them to share any of your personal
information with vendors. All of your information is safe and secure within their system. If you want any
additional information about eScrip please contact District Treasurer Ken Owens at kaowens2@verizon.net .

Powernet Global Telephone Savings Program

The Foundation has been an agent for PowerNet Global Communications, a nationwide telecommunications
provider, for nearly five years. Offerings feature a wide range of low cost communication services, including
ISP, cell phone service, etc. and feature substantial savings on telephone toll calling for both businesses and
individuals. Exchangites throughout California report the service has proven to be easy to use, very reliable
and cost effective for everyone. It is normal to expect substantial savings from the very first month. In addition
to the subscriber receiving very favorable rates for long distance calling, the Foundation receives a rebate
based on each member’s paid usage.
This program pays the same way the eScrip program does. 50% of all earned income goes to the members
club and 50% goes to the Foundation for use in the District’s Youth Projects. Since its inception, this service
has added additional product lines (e.g., Internet Service, 800 service, cell phones, flat rate plans, etc) that
allow members and their friends to enjoy first class services at reduced prices and also earn money for both
local Club and District projects
To get additional information on this program, contact Pathfinder Dave at exchangitedave@pacbell.net. Dave
can help answer any questions. To start saving on all your telephone toll calling quickly you can do so in a few
minutes on line by going to the District website at http://www.calnevexchange.org/news.html
Click on the link to sign up for this program and fill in your contact information. That’s all there is to it.
                                       Why not start saving today?

                       FOUNDATION CLUB EARNINGS PROGRAMS (Continued)

Monday Night Football Program & Bowl Games Program
The Foundation has been sponsoring the two Football Programs for the past five years. Many people are football
fanatics and will participate in this type of fundraiser when asked.

Each of these two programs are set up in the form of a 100 square matrix. There are 100 books in each series of
books. Buyers purchase a book, for a $25 donation to the Foundation, and its book number determines which square
of the matrix they have. Each week during the Monday Night Football season the game that is printed in the booklet
is played and the final score of the game is matched against the matrix and the winner is determined. Each winner
receives $50 for the Monday Night Football games. For the Bowl Games, winners of games 1 - 6 receive $50, games
7-12 receive $100, game 13 & 14 receive $150 and the final game (the Superbowl) winner receives $200.

Clubs that want to participate in either or both of these fundraising programs can ask for books from the Foundation.
If a club wants to agree to sell and manage a whole set of 100 books, they receive $750 for their club projects from
the Foundation. There is $2,500 of income from each 100 books. The club must agree to furnish all checks (payable
to the Foundation) as they come in to the Foundation Treasurer. The Treasurer will send back to the club their share
of the proceeds.

Clubs can also take as few as 10 books (and up to 50) and sell them. All proceeds along with the each booklet stub
must be returned to the Foundation Treasurer prior to the playing of the first game in the booklet. For each book sold,
the club earns $5. The Foundation Treasurer will keep track of each winner and pay them on an ongoing basis. The
club profits will be rebated to the selling clubs as soon as all of the books they were responsible for are turned in.
All questions regarding this program should be sent to the Foundation Treasurer at kaowens2@verizon.net .

generated for the District — each completed search raises approximately $0.01 for us! And since GoodSearch is
powered by Yahoo, you will get proven, high-quality search results.

fund our Programs of Service mission of supporting Americanism programs, Youth Activites and the Prevention of Child
Abuse!

You can keep track of our estimated earnings by clicking on “Amount Raised” once you designate the District as your
organization of choice. The more people who use the site, the more money we’ll earn, so please spread the word!

CA/NV DISTRICT EXCHANGE CLUB Non Profit Organization (NPO) #92976
The CA/NV District has enrolled in the Ralphs Grocery community giving campaign. If you regularly shop at Ralphs, please sign
up with Ralphs using the above NPO #. Then when you shop and scan your Ralphs Club card the District will earn contributions
from Ralphs.

It works like this: Individual purchases will begin counting towards our organization within 72 hours of registering the individual
rewards Cards on-line.

Every time a member shops for groceries and swipes their card, our organization automatically starts earning a rebate.

If you do not have access to the online sign-up method, please call 1-800-443-4438 to learn about the alternative sign-up method.

What we earn: Ralphs will pay each organization on a quarterly basis based on the following monthly qualifying purchases per
household:

Up to $200 1%

Between $200.01 and $350 2%

Between $350.01 and $500 3%

Over $500 4%

•Ralphs limits their quarterly contributions to a maximum contribution of $625,000 to be distributed among all participating
eligible organizations.

•Ralphs limits a quarterly household contribution to $150

•In the event that total earned contributions exceed the maximum contribution limit, Ralphs will prorate and reduce the
contributions based on the total contributions earned by all participating organizations and their members.

•Minimum quarterly rebate payout is $25 per organization. In the event that an organization earns less than $25 in a quarter, Ralphs
will hold the amount until the next quarter that the rebate exceeds $25 or the end of the program term, whichever comes first.

•Your quarterly check will be mailed or personally delivered to your organization by your neighborhood Ralphs Store Director
