                           CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Horse riding is a dangerous sport, both to those who partake and also to onlookers and
spectators. The organisers insist that all those who will be competing and also attending
as a groom/assistant/spectator read the following.

The show organisers take no responsibility for any incidents arising from the
events/shows, to those competing or otherwise attending.
 The organisers have carried out risk assessments and have ensured everything
practicable has been done to protect the safety of those attending.
 Competitors will be responsible for their horse/pony at all times. They will conduct
themselves in manner that does not put either themselves or others at risk.
 Members of the public and competitors are equally responsible for the safety of
themselves and others. Horses are unpredictable and can be easily frightened,
causing them to kick out or move suddenly. Spectators and riders must both be
aware of this. In particular children should be supervised at all times.
 Competitors must have a suitable level of insurance, including liability and must be
prepared to show this to the organisers if requested.
 It is recommended that all those attending in any capacity have personal injury and
    public liability cover.
 All competitors will wear a hard hat PAS015/EN1384 or above.
 The wearing of body protectors and the use of safety stirrups is highly
    recommended.
 By entering the competition the competitor agrees with the above outlined and
agrees to indemnify the organisers of any legal action which should arise there
    from...
 No smoking beyond the red gates

    ALSO
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, and to alter or cancel classes in the
event of insufficient entries.

Competitors/ spectators may be asked to leave if the organisers feel they are acting in
such a way as to cause danger or nuisance to others attending.

The decision of the judge is final. Complaints may be registered on the day, with a
deposit of £20. The organisers will treat any complaint seriously, however if the
complaint is not upheld the deposit will be non-returnable. The organisers will
always welcome feedback and ideas from those attending.
