Notes on Data Input
When using the Data Input worksheet replace the information with your student information
Data in column C to I can be queried from CASES and copied into the Data Input worksheet.
Use the drop arrow filters to select a grade or class for data entry by class
to make the graphs more sensible, and to print out a list of students.
To view information all the data input info on the screen, hide column C to F
by selecting the column then using Format-Column-Hide.
If you hide column J, the names will not appear on the graph.
It is recommended that you save each grade in a separate file, for example
2005-Prep, 2005-Year-1, 2005-Year-2, that is, 3 separate files,
At the end of the year, save your files in an archive folder,
then in the next year rename as 2006-Year1, 2006-Year2 and 2006-Year3.
There is room for 100 students, insert rows for more students or
delete rows to reduce the size of the spreadsheet.
The cells highlight RED when student achievement falls below the minimum amount
which you set in the GREEN cells in the top row.
Light GREEN cells mean you can change and input your own data.
PINK cells mean DO NOT CHANGE the data as formulae involved
You make your worksheet automatic you make make MACRO button similar
to the Year 3 and Year 4 button.
