Your product is people. So, Study people. Find out how you can help

them reach their DREAMS.

Build people. People will build the business. When you build people, your

retention rate goes through the roof.

Most MLM companies say “ We keep 93% of our

People”





TRUTH: “ Public records show that only 6% to 7% of

distributorships are retained in an MLM company

on a yearly basis.”



Even if you’ve sponsored 100 people to your organization,

only 6 to 7 people will do the business seriously like you.

But then, are you that serious in building your people?

3. “It’s just a Numbers Game!”



TRUTH: “ People are people – not numbers. They

have goals, dreams and desires like you. They

are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts,

uncles, nieces, nephews, grandmothers and

grandfathers to someone that loves them.



To succeed long-term, you need to become a

mentor with a Servant’s Heart. When you do,

people will ask you to PLEASE sponsor them into

your business.

4. “ ‘NO’ is a good thing! GO and get 100 ‘NO’s and you’re

just getting closer to a ‘YES’. ”

This advice works great for the 10% of the population who are

salespeople.





TRUTH: The key is target (focused) marketing. Just talk to

people who want your product and/or services. Lead with

benefits so REAL prospects see the value you offer and ask

you for more information.



Not everyone wants your business opportunity.

No man is an Island. Even the Lone Ranger has a partner to achieve

his Goals. It takes a team, people from every walk of life &

experience level coming together, WORKING together.





BOTTOM LINE: Get a good product to sell, AND

THEN focus on helping OTHER people reach their

dreams. THAT is your TOP PRIORITY.



The biggest successes in this industry are people-and-relationship-

driven companies with good products or services as well as good

management.

Pentacle Leadership:

Pentacle Leadership means John mentoring Tom, Tom mentoring Abby,

Abby mentoring Marie, Marie mentoring Judy, etc. This type of leadership

creates your mastermind group.



Find a mentor. You must have a mentor to be a mentor. You want a

mastermind group of like-minded people who want YOU to succeed.

You want upline support available when you need it.



If you want to earn a PHP 100,000 monthly income from this business,

then, mastermind with people who earns PHP 100,000 a month in this

business.



Consider this very carefully: For most people, their yearly

income is the average of their 5 closest friends.



Do your 5 closest friends have what you want? If not, why would you EVER 15



listen to their opinions on business?

99% of new businesses fail the first year. And, the 90% of the

rest fail the next 4 years.



PROBLEM: One or More people close to you will NOT want to see

you succeed.

WHY? : They will be threatened when you make a passionate push to

success. They will complain and criticize you.



SOLUTION:

Option 1: Get rid of them.

Option 2: Get an AMAZING “WHY”, 99.9% “WHY” that will keep

you going through rain, sleet, snow, flood, pestilence,

nuclear holocaust or a criticism of a loved one.



A very strong WHY can save your life.

Your real “WHY” is never money.

It’s about who YOU really are.

Your driving factor must be WAY more than money.



What’s your fire? What do you LOVE? What do you hate?

What is really important to you? What do you REALLY

Want? What situation in life do you want to get out of so it

never, ever, EVER happens again?







If your “WHY” is a 70% and you come against an obstacle that’s a

72% you’re gone. But when your “WHY” is a 99.9%, then you’re

here to stay and be successful.

• What Really gets you Excited?

• How many hours a week do you work?

• What do you love about your job?

• What do you hate about your job?

• What do you do with your free time?

• How do you like the people you work with?

• What problem that scares you to death that more money could solve?

• If you had all the money you needed, what huge problem would go away?

• If you had all the Time in the world to do anything you wanted, what would

you do?

• Other than money, what are you looking for?

• What do you want for your own personal growth?

• What would you like to give the people you love most?

• What really, really gets you emotional?

The research tried to answer the following questions:

• Why are people lucky?

• How does luck happen?

• Can a cause be pinpointed?

• What makes lucky people different from unlucky people?





Conclusion: Luck as we know it is not random. It is the result of

what they call the spider web effect.

Therefore: People who build web of influences tend to be lucky

while people who don’t build webs of influences

tend not to be so lucky.

Another BIGGER Conclusion:

People have wanted these same things for a thousand years and

for your people.



Network Marketing habits based on higher motivations and

emotional connections are hard to break. If something

unexpected happens to ruin a business, your people will follow

you to a new one.

much greater than the sum of the parts.



Never ever close anybody because, if you close them

to sign-up, then every month, you have to close them

need a strong testimonial for the products they like.

Now… you can’t treat people like numbers. But, the more

people you talk with, the better the chance you’ll run into

the one who ALREADY has a web of thousands and

brings a ton of monthly income to you. That’s what

happens when you work your business.

When someone approaches you and tell you that they want

your help, these are the people you build up. It’s not up to

you to chase them down. You are looking for someone

who’s looking for you.





When you find them, mentor them, and train them to build

their own web. Those are the people who return the trust and

loyalty that make this such a wonderful business.
