COMPETITION ELEMENT Submit a guerrilla marketing plan for the Entrypark International Career Book 2013 for your chance to win an interview coaching session or a paid trip to Stockholm. Any submitted material must be your own original material and you can submit as many entries as you like. The winners will be chosen by the Entrypark team, who will judge the entrants’ plans using the following criteria: • The plan should not exceed 3 pages • The plan should contain concept, time plan and budget estimates To submit your entry you should follow this procedure: i) Imagine that you’re the new Entrypark Marketing Manager. Your guerrilla marketing challenge is to: ”With the lowest budget possible, make as many students as possible at YOUR campus aware of the Entrypark International Career Book 2013.” Your marketing plan should be max. 3 presentation pages, including: Concept Time plan Budget estimates ii) Email your plan together with your name, school and country to email@example.com. iii) At the end of the competition all entries submitted within the competition time period will be judged based on the criteria outlined above and the winners selected. 3. PRIZES There are two categories of prizes: i) The participant with the best entry wins a paid trip to Stockholm, including flight ticket and 2 hotel nights for one person. The trip will take place at a time suitable for both Entrypark and the winner, no later than 9th June 2012. ii) 10 finalists win online interview coaching sessions with Fortune 500 recruiters at SixFigureStart, or equivalent. The session should take place before 9th June 2012, at a time agreed upon by Entrypark and the winners. Entrypark is not responsible for paying any taxes that might be charged the winners as a consequence of receiving the prizes. 4. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS: All entrants must be over 18 years of age, currently studying at a higher educational institution or graduated in 2007 or later. Entrypark is not responsible for any visa procedures or other documents required for travelling to or from Stockholm. 5. COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition will be open between 12.00pm on 21st November 2011 and 23:59 15th February 2012 (“Competition Period”). Any entries received outside of the Competition Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid. 6. WINNER SELECTION: The Prize winners will be decided by the Entrypark team after the end of the Competition Period from all correct and eligible entries received. The prize winners must claim their prizes by successfully responding to Entrypark’s notification within 21 days of Entrypark’s first notification being sent. 7. SUBMITTING MATERIAL Where you email material to firstname.lastname@example.org, by such submission you grant Entrypark a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such content and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media, now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. If you do not wish to grant such rights to Entrypark, you should not submit your material. Where an entry is selected for a prize we may credit you on the Entrypark Facebook Page, on www.entrypark.com, in emailings and company material by reference to your full name. 9. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Where a winner has been selected and Entrypark discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner & or the winning entry is ineligible Entrypark shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner. Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
