beneficial contract renewal with facilities management services provider, Pitney Bowes, which
streamlined costs and added new services including hospitality, audio/visual and reception
assistance as well as trial support.

Mattern & Associates negotiated the mutually beneficial contract renewal with facilities management
services provider, Pitney Bowes, which streamlined costs and added new services including hospitality,

recent facilities management services closed RFP project with Pitney Bowes was initiated in December of
2010 and the results delivered by Mattern within the target timeframe of November 1, 2011.
