By signing this agreement, I, the (“Client”) hereby authorize SBS INC (SBS”) to set up and host the website,

1. Domain Registration or Transfer: SBS will complete the registration

5. Copyright: Web site content and custom graphics is property of the client. Fronsql is SBS service mark.
6. Service Fee: Service fee includes: a) one-time non-refundable website setup fee of $1,880 and b) ASP
hosting service fee of $19.95/M, c) Domain registration or transfer fee $45, d) Fees for additional work
requested by the client will be billed separately at time of the request. e) 300MB space is included in the
package; space more than 350MB is charge at $100 per 100MB (≤100MB). F) Online shop payment
through Paypal is available.
7. Payment: Payment for domain registration/ transfer fee and web site setup fee in total of $1,880 is required
upon signing the contract. The monthly ASP hosting fee, $19.95/M, and yearly domain fee, $45/Y, will be

billed every month to the client and are due upon receipt from the 13 month after the complement of web
site setup.
8. Service Date: The Client’s Web site will be available online on the 30th business day from the date
complete material for setup is received. SBS Corp. is not responsible for any setup delay, when the client
fails to offer materials for web site setup on time. Schedule of web site setup is open to changes accordingly
to the negotiation between two parties.
9. Cancellation: The client may cancel the monthly ASP hosting service with a 30 day advanced written notice
mailed to SBS INC.
10. Web site maintenance: a)Web site maintenance refers to amendments of already finished web pages.
Newly added pages are to be charged.b)SBS offers web page updates without charge three times within
one year, changes of style and template excluded.c)Multi-media pages like flash are not included in the
scope of free updates.d)Redesign of web site structure and updates of page templates are to be charged at
the price as contracted.
11. The Chinese version of this agreement is equivalent to the English version in terms of content and
legitimacy.
