Once your completed form has been received, your designated primary technical resource will be
contacted by a SunGard Public Sector technician to set up the SecureLink connection. In an hour or less,
we will assist with the set up and provide training on all the features of the SecureLink software. Note
that due to the large number of Customers, we will be scheduling on a first come first serve basis and will
be contacting your Technical resource in the next few months.
