The patch readme lists the issues resolved in each patch. It’s updated one business day after the patch is released.
Note: Patch 29 does not address any customer-reported issues.

                     When running a constituent query, you receive the following error:
                     'Query too complex. General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] the
                     multi-part identifier 'GIFT_GIFTSPLIT.AMOUNT' could not be found. Native error: 4104'

  BB432242        Error: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or
                  pasting less data when opening a batch containing Blackbaud NetCommunity donations

                    code from the database itself, resulting in no performance gain after the deletion.


  BB724812        Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Column Name 'AMPPeopleID' appears more
                  than once in the result column list. Native Error: 264. [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL

                     This error occurs when saving or moving between fields in a Gift Batch.

  BB94275         Incorrect totals on the Membership Statistics by Category Report
                     The Membership Statistics by Category Report is used to show the number of total memberships. The
                     totals may show up incorrect if the proper steps are not followed.

The Raiser's Edge 7 VBA/API
  BB723995      Removing VBA code from the Raiser’s Edge does not reduce the size of the VBACode table
                   When a substantial amount of VBA code exists in The Raiser's Edge database, The Raiser's Edge is very
                   slow to log in. Even after deleting the VBA code from within The Raiser's Edge, this does not remove the

                     When running eReceipts through Mail, The Raiser's Edge hangs and never processes the receipts after
                     choosing to update the receipt information. This also occurs when re-issuing receipts and choosing to
                     update receipt information in the database.

                     For Windows users that close The Raiser's Edge using File, Exit or clicking ‘X’ and then
                     reboot or log off of a workstation, it is possible that the user will experience the timed out message when
                     logging in the next time that the program is launched, if 15 or more minutes have elapsed since the
                     Raiser’s Edge was closed out of.

  BB721206        Backup and Maintenance tasks fail for databases attached to SQL Server 2008 R2 Express
                    Backup and maintenance tasks, created by the Blackbaud Management Console (BMC), fail to execute
                    even after the SQL Server 2005 Backward compatibility components are installed on the database server.
                    Errors will also occur when running backup or maintenance tasks if SQL Server 2008 R2 Express is the
                    first SQL instance installed on the database server.

  BB722991        Cash gift is not applied to the oldest pledge/recurring gift in gift batch
                    When the 'Automatically apply gifts to pledges and recurring gifts' checkbox is marked on the Commit Gift
                    Batch screen, the gift is not applied to the oldest pledge/recurring gift.

   BB725054       The Raiser's Edge hangs when opening a constituent record
                     The Raiser's Edge users notice that when opening a constituent record the program will hang on that
                    particular record with an hour glass before any actions can be taken. This can occur when there are
                    constituent user defined business rules created in Config > Business Rules.

  BB725669        Written Off Report and/or Campaign Report hang
                    After upgrading to patch 21, the Written Off Report and the Campaign Report will hang. This occurs for all
                    users and at all workstations.

                     The error: Error processing report: Printer error may occur when previewing or printing reports in Terminal
                     Services and Windows Server 2008.

  BB714817        Default tributes set in batch do not load
                    Defaults can be set up for a certain Honor/Memorial to default for gifts in a batch. This will allow users to
                    use one batch for all tribute gifts that are going to the same Honor/Memorial constituent.
                    When Honor/Memorial defaults are set on the Defaults tab of the batch setup, they are not auto-filling in
                    the batch and the gifts entered into the batch will not be linked to the Honor/Memorial listed in the default.
                    After committing a batch of gifts and browsing to the gift record, users may notice that there is no Tribute
                    information listed.



  BB722771        Constituent Profile Report hangs when including Honor/Memorial Giving History on the Profile
                  Contents Tab
                    When running a constituent profile report, if Honor/Memorial Giving History is selected on the Profile
                    Contents Tab, and the constituent has split gifts, the report hangs and takes a long time to process.

   BB720557       IATS communication regarding URL/IP Address change
                    During the first half of 2011, IATS sent messages to our mutual clients advising them of a pending change
                    to IATS URL/IP Addresses. The communication also suggested that clients update their internal systems
                    accordingly to adjust for this change. Blackbaud applications are the 'internal systems' that require
                    adjusting, so it is our responsibility to make changes as necessary.

  BB716412      Error: RE7 has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.
                Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
                    ernet Explorer 9 is installed. When looking in the Windows Event Viewer Application Log, users may see
                    the following Application error Descriptions:

                     Faulting application name: RE7.exe, version: 791.5056.0.0, time stamp: 0x4af9d8d2

  BB719437        The program hangs when running reports and mailings after updating to SQL Server 2008 SP2
                    The Raiser's Edge hangs when running reports and mailings, such as Pledge Status Reports, Pledge
                    Reminders, etc. This occurs after updating the SQL instance to SQL 2008 SP2.

  BB720153        Intelligent Mail Barcodes are too small
                     The USPS requires that the Intelligent Mail Barcode is printed in USPS4CB font at 16 point. Anything
                     other than this is not a valid barcode.

  BB720317        Error message: General ODBC Error: [SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name
                  'DBO.tmp[Number]'. Native Error:208
                      When printing or previewing a 12-field membership card, if two membership attributes are selected, users
                     receive the following error on all work stations:

                    After completing a Volunteer Job Assignment import the Supervisor field is blank. This occurs when the
                    field is included in the Import and mapped correctly. The import completes successfully without an errors
                    or exceptions.

                  unchecking Use Defaults in a NetEvents page on Windows 7 workstations
                      This error may be received in RE:NetSolutions when deselecting the 'Use Defaults' option on the Page
                     Style page when on a Windows 7 workstation. This error may occur in both new or existing NetEvents
                     pages for all users accessing the NetSolutions: Web Event Wizard in this operating system.

  BB568244        Fund-an-Item transactions do not download
                    Fund-an-Item transactions do not download when using the AuctionMaestro Pro Integration in The
                    Raiser's Edge. This happens when the fund that exists in AuctionMaestro Pro does not match the fund
                    record from The Raiser's Edge.

  BB710554        Scheduled queues not sending out email
                    Queue will perform any action for a scheduled queue except email

  BB719035        NACHA file is only created in PPD format
                    When creating direct debit files in Batch, a NACHA file is sent to the bank containing the information about
                    the direct debits. Currently, the NACHA file is only created using PPD (Personal) format. NACHA
                    regulations have recently changed requiring four formats to be needed: CCD (Corporate), PPD
                    (Personal), WEB (Web gifts), and TEL (Telephone).

  BB720079        Login is slow if landing page contains a profile display part
                    Login is slow if the login part directs the user to a page with a profile display part.

                    When using the filter to exclude records with a specific Attribute in the Event Summary Report, the report
                    totals reflect the accurate figures for Total Income, but do not display accurate figures for the Invited,
                    Registered, and Attended totals. The records with those Attributes are incorrectly not excluded when
                    calculating the Invited, Registered, and Attended totals.

  BB716698        No message appears when merging documents in Export when no records are found that meet
                  specified criteria
                     not merge the main document with the data source because the data records were empty or no data

                     gift batch and constituents have a relationship that is automatically soft credited for the constituent's gifts.

                  report to Excel
                     When exporting the Alumni Class Analysis report to any of the Excel formats, users receive a 'RE7 has
                     encountered an error and needs to close' error message. This occurs when exporting from File > Export
                     as well as directly from the report preview screen.

  BB704805        Error: RE7.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. or
                  Error: RE7.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience
                  when exporting an Honor/Memorial Gift Report in Excel format
                     When exporting an Honor/Memorial Gift Report or Analytical reports in Excel format, users receive one of
                     the following error messages:

                     Error: RE7.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

                     Error: RE7.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  BB717738        Total Gift Amount is incorrect when filtered by Package Description
                    When placing Total Gift Amount from Summary Information, Gifts in Query output, the amount is incorrect
                    when this field is filtered by Package, Description Not One of. The amount is double the correct amount
                    for some constituents.

   BB548366       Error: [Exception] System.ApplicationException: Error fetching records (DoSearch()): Too many
                  client tasks.
                      The following error displays when logging into Blackbaud NetCommunity as a user linked to a constituent
                      record in The Raiser's Edge, accessing pages which contain parts that are integrated with The Raiser's
                      Edge, or sending an email message to a constituent-based list. The error occurs when the number of Jet
                      threads passed to the RE7Service exceeds the maximum number of available threads.

                      Can also show up as the exception: The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you
                      and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

   BB601064       No results populate when querying on newsletter subscribers for Blackbaud NetCommunity in

                    When querying on newsletter information that exists on the Blackbaud NetCommunity tab, users receive
                    no results.


  BB710736         Decline Code: Invalid Card Number when processing recurring gift payments in Raiser's Edge
                     Recurring gift payments for gifts generated through NetCommunity are rejected as Invalid Card number in
                     The Raisers Edge when using ICVerify as the processor. Gifts entered manually in Raiser's Edge are not
                     affected.

  BB713013         Batch defaults do not load when a pledge installment schedule default is set
                     When working in batch, users can set up defaults for field and mark them as hidden. When a Fund or GL
                     Post Status default is chosen and the field is marked as hidden, the defaults do not load. This results in an
                     Error: Required Field Missing: Fund or GL Post Status.

                     message. The error appears after entering credit card information and clicking Purchase. The information
                     from the online registrant is not available for download as a Special Event Registrations, but it is available
                     as a Constituent Registration.

                      indication that other memory is corrupt.

  BB712679         Blue screen error appears and machine reboots when right-clicking and selecting Print in the Seats
                   frame of the Seating window of an Event record
                      When working in RE:Events, you can print a Seating Validation report from directly within the Event record
                      by right-clicking in the Seats frame of the Seating window and selecting Print. On a Windows 7 machine,
                      the user may receive a blue screen error which will cause the machine to reboot.

                    If a user closes or exits The Raiser's Edge by clicking the red 'X' in the top right hand corner, the inactivity
                    lockout does not activate. After 15 minutes, the user can double click The Raiser's Edge icon to launch
                    the program and will not be prompted to re-enter their password.

                    When installing a patch, the user may receive one of the following error messages:

                     When the error appears, the installation fails.

  BB710386        How to limit gift aid reclaim period to 4 years
                    As of the 6th April 2010, the gift aid reclaim period will drop from 6 years to 4 years. At present Raiser's
                    Edge has this hard coded to 6 years.

  BB710647        Error: BBTree add object error: 457 This key is already associated with an element of this collection.
                  error adding key: (x#)
                     Occurs when opening pledge or recurring gift payments for one constituent. The original pledge/recurring
                     gift may open or it may receive the error. The error occurs when trying to open, edit or delete the payment
                     gift record.

   BB707750       Error: An ISO country has not been selected for the preferred address of a credit card gift in your
                  EFT batch. In Configuration, please update your international settings to include all countries for
                  which you process EFT transactions.
                     When creating an EFT transmission file in a Gift batch, the transmission file appears to transmit properly
                     for a few seconds, but then the following error is received:

                     Error: An ISO country has not been selected for the preferred address of a credit card gift in your EFT
                     batch. In Configuration, please update your international settings to include all countries for which you
                     process EFT transactions.

The Raiser's Edge 7
   BB709661       Error: The Raiser's Edge cannot connect to the Blackbaud Payment Service when processing credit
                  card gifts in a recurring batch.
                     The error message above is received when attempting to process credit card gifts in a recurring batch that
                     previously had the credit card gifts contained in it authorized. The error may also occur when processing
                     new non-recurring Gift Batches as well. The below solution describes the steps for resolving this issue.


  BB712591        Duplicate rows appear in Query results when including Specific Preferred Phones fields in the Output

                     Specific preferred phone types and numbers can be output in Query, which prevents the query from
                     having duplicate rows if there are no other one-to-many fields in the query output and the Suppress
                     duplicate rows option is marked in Query options. However, duplicate rows appear when a Specific
                     Preferred Phones field is added to the Output tab of a query.

   BB710270       Error: Raisers Edge cannot connect to the Blackbaud Payment Service when processing a batch of
                  credit cards or EFT transmissions after updating to The Raiser's Edge version 7.91.5056.4
                     After updating to Patch 4 (7.91.5056.4) of The Raiser's Edge, the error 'Error: Raisers Edge cannot
                     connect to the Blackbaud Payment Service. For the secure storage of new or edited credit card number
                     information, The Raiser's Edge requires a connection to the Blackbaud Payment Service. Please check
                     your internet connection and attempt to save the record again' is experienced when attempting to process
                     a batch of credit cards and/or EFT transactions.

RE: Anywhere
   BB709461       Error: Your session has been terminated by another user logging in as [username].
                     Occurs when using RE:Anywhere in an environment with Blackbaud Netcommunity.

  BB706946      AddressFinder moves contact's address to the organization's record.
                    In the latest version of the Data Health Center some contact addresses are being moved to the
                    organization's record. This occurs during the AddressFinder update and for both shared and unshared
                    addresses. It has been documented specifically regarding Individual relationships on an Organization
                    record.

  BB708590        Active Users list in Blackbaud Management Console shows RE User for all users; Error: This record
                  is currently opened by user [blank] on machine [blank]. You will not be able to save changes.

                     The Active Users section in Blackbaud Management Console allows you to view and disconnect users
                     that are connected to the database. When integrated with Blackbaud NetCommunity or Researcher's
                     Point and accessing the integrations via The Raiser's Edge, the Active Users section in the Blackbaud
                     Management Console shows RE User for all users. Also when accessing a record that is opened by
                     another user, The Raiser's Edge is not showing which user names or machine names in the error
                     message displayed.

  BB708886        General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The INSERT statement
                  conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_QADDRESSPROCESSING_3". The conflict
                  occurred    in   database    "Database_Name",    table "dbo.LOCKCONNECTIONS",    column
                  'LOCKCONNECTIONSID'. Native error:547 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The
                  statement has been terminated. Native error:3621
                     Error occurs when querying on address processing fields while integrated with Blackbaud Netcommunity.
  BB709301       No prompt appears when logging into a machine when you are already logged onto another instance
                 of the Raiser's Edge
                    If you are already logged into The Raiser's Edge once, you should get the following message if you try to
                    log in again on another machine:

                    Error: User (User Name) is already logged in on Machine (Machine Name)

                    Currently, it is possible to open up the Raiser's Edge under the same username on multiple instances of
                    the Raiser's Edge.

   BB599666       PDF attachment is blank when sending eReceipts
                    eReceipts are an additional way for users to send donors receipts and gift acknowledgements. When a
                    donor receives an eReceipt, he or she will see an email from the organization and a PDF attachment that
                    contains the actual receipt or gift acknowledgement. Some donors have seen that the PDF attachment is
                    blank. This occurs when the Adobe Reader doesn't recognize the font in the PDF attachment or when the
