                  2. Touch Math (Make sure you are handing in the Progress Tests for grading). We
                     need to be finished with the 3’s by the end of the week!
                  3. Check grades and binders
                     Learning Target: Students will review basic math facts and learn their basic
                     multiplication facts.
Compass             1. Printout of last week’s progress (week 8).

                       a. What did you learn about last week?
                       b. What was the most difficult part of last week’s lessons?

Math (ST)       Do the makeup work that we talked about for this week to get caught up in science
                and history.

Compass          Begin Unit 6: Increasing My Self-Awareness. We will be starting a Self Awareness

                     1. Students will identify key issues from a scenario that may be similar to
                          something they have experienced in class.
                     2. Students will learn about famous people with disabilities through a
                          powerpoint.
                     3. Students will get a project planning guide to start their self-awareness project.

                 guided practice for examples 1 and two.

                 to make sense. He will put short phrases in order to begin learning sentence order.
                 Vocab book:Do pg. 12 E and the Enrichment words (just read those). Don’t worry
                 about the “off the page.”
4th Period
Math (ST)        Do the Independent practice on pg. 388 Numbers 6-10. There is graph paper on the
                 corner of my desk for numbers 9 and 10 if that is easier.

DT Science       Do the Chapter 2 test. (You will have to read it to David Tryon and let him mark the
                 answers).


5th Period

                 TOGETHER: do parts A and B. Check the answers after each section.
                 On their own: Students will do part C. REMINDER: tell them they are not to underline the main points,
                 but the words that SIGNAL a main point is coming! Insure that they have read the directions.
