							               Greater New Orleans Country Club Swim League
                   Divisional Championship Swim Meet – Guide Lines

Conduct of Meet:   - All events will be seeded as a timed finals meet. All entries must be completed properly and submitted
                    with the best time from the weekly dual meets.

                   - Entries should be submitted by HyTek Team Manager entry file along with a PDF file of the entry listed
                     by swimmer’s name of this file.

                   - The meet will be run according to a meet heat sheet. All Clerk of Course workers will ensure proper
                     lane assignments for 6&U and 8&U swimmers. All other swimmers will be responsible for showing up
                     in their proper lanes and heats according to the heat sheet positions listed in the program.

Entries:           All Entries must be E-mailed to: jerothjr@cox.net. Please identify your club in the subject box.

Entry limit:       - A Club can enter five (5) swimmers in individual events and two (2) relays per event.

                   - Each swimmer may only swim three (3) individual events plus a maximum of three (3) relays.

                   - Two alternates may be entered in individual events, but they must be indicated as such in HyTek or
                     marked with an (A) by their entry time on the attached entry blank.

                   - All relays, besides entry times, must list the four principle swimmers in order of swimming and all
                     alternates up to a total of eight swimmers.

                   - There will be no changing of events after entry deadline.
