1. I am concerned about my fellow Soldier, what should I do?
If you are concerned about their recent behavior, ASK them. Are you O.K.? I’ve noticed
you have been down (angry, frustrated, etc) lately? Is there anything I can do to help?
Have you thought about HURTING yourself? Have you thought about KILLING
yourself? Have you thought about HURTING someone else? Have you thought about
KILLING someone? If you are concerned for their safety – DO NOT leave them
ALONE. Even if they want to go to the bathroom, keep an eye on them. CALL
someone to help you. Call the M.P.’s or Police if there is an immediate threat. If there
is not an immediate threat, during work hours bring them to Kenner Army Health Clinic,
Department of Behavioral Health, 3rd floor. If it is after hours, bring them to one of the
Emergency Rooms listed on this page.
