             Vendor Information
 All vendors and attendees must register with WSUTA for
the conference. The WSUTA conference registration fee is
                         $250.00.
Vendors should send their conference registration check to:

The booth registration fee is $600.00. This fee is for one
attending vendor. Additional vendor personnel will be
charged $50.00. The fee includes one six or eight-foot
table, two chairs, a wastebasket and power connections. It
is suggested that you bring an extension cord. The hotel
will provide internet connection in the reception room at no
charge.

The vendor sponsored Welcome Evening function will be
held on Monday, October 24th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.,
and the vendor sponsored Aloha Reception is on Tuesday,
October 25th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Hawaiian attire is
recommended for Tuesday night’s reception.

The vendor cost is based on an estimate of twelve vendors
attending the conference. Adjustments to the cost may be
made depending on vendor attendance.

Vendor set-up is on Monday, October 24th from
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Breakdown will take place on
Wednesday, October 26th at the conclusion of business.

Vendor presentations will be held and each vendor will be
allowed five minutes for their presentation.

The WSUTA Board requests that vendors bring giveaway
items that will be placed in bags and given to attendees
during registration as well as a gift for the raffle.
