The Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign:

Initiative of DG Energy and Transport in the framework of the Intelligent Energy EuropeProgramme.

Communication platform and network of sustainable energy actors.
●
Offers free promotional and communication support to projects in 4 policy-areas:
- Energy Efficiency
- Renewable Energy Sources - Clean Transport - Bio-fuels ● was
launched in 2005 and will continue at least until
2011.
Objectives of SEEC
1. Raise awareness of decision-makers and public opinion for an increase in the production and use of sustainable energy. 2. Stimulate and increase private and public investment in sustainable energy technologies and renewable energy sources. 3. Contribute to the EU energy policy targets, improve EU energy security and combat climate change. 4. Identify and provide free communication and promotional support to sustainable energy projects across Europe.
