 motivating, coordinating,
 communicating and instructing.
Stress
 Stress can result in the lowered
 self- esteem and a demoralized
 staff.

 Offers some suggestions that may
 help reduce stress levels:
 Think about your accomplishments
 using positive labels.
 Agree with compliments offered
 and keep them in mind.
Reinforce positive comments with
action.
Keep a written file of compliments.
Recognize the accomplishment of
others and compliment them.
Use visual imagery as
reinforcement.
