Job Title NATIONAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Reports to 1) Line – Group General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Manage the Total Integrated Management System (QA, OHS & E) and contract operational compliance
matters on behalf of the Group General Manager; ensuring the Company complies with the contractual and
Legal obligations under the terms and condition of Contract.

Occupational Health & Safety
Maintain safe work practices and a safe work environment by complying with all state, corporate and legal
responsibilities under the Occupational Health & Safety Act, 2001. Take all reasonable care to protect own health
and safety at work and to avoid adversely affecting the health and safety of others.
Workers Compensation Act, 1987
Ensure compliance with all legal responsibilities under the Workers Compensation Act, 1987. Actively participate in
all aspects of rehabilitation of an injured worker.
Environment
Compliance with all requirements of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA).
Continuous Improvement
Ensure continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve safe work practices and
procedures and identify potential efficiencies and improvements and assist with implementation of same.

Undertake training and development in order to enhance or broaden skills and experience as required. Undertake
duties as required commensurate with skills, competence and development.

Participate in the maintenance of a cooperative team working environment through information sharing,
communication and leadership.
