As a client administrator you will be part of a team whose main role is the day-to-day
processing of your client’s imports. Attention to detail and accuracy are key factors.


Duties of the job include:
     Analysing documents
     Creating and maintaining registers
     Using Excel spreadsheets to manipulate large volume of numeric values
     Inputting data onto the computer system
     Referencing Custom’s documentation
     Resolving queries
     Producing and checking reports
     Contacting clients via e-mail and telephone
     Assisting other teams during peak periods
     General office duties, e.g. filing, answering the telephone, scanning and faxing
