I am an assertive and innovative professional, experienced in Information Technology project and operations management methodology and process development. As far as project management techniques, I am professionally experienced with Portfolio Project Management using the Project Management Office approach and frame working this concept within the Project Management Maturity Model, PLM and MES methodologies. My job is to save you time, save you money and save your sanity. I have recently worked as Senior Principle Engineer, Business Analyst with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR/BPO) experience and Project Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), with 22 years total in Information Technology. I was a primary contributor to CSC's Service Delivery Excellence Program (project management, mobile computing and metrics assessment). I have also provided BPR consulting services to Jananarama PhotoWorks, The Lexington History Museum, East Seventh Street Kid’s Center and my most recent proposal was a framework for re-engineering Hospital Information Systems, using SAP for Healthcare. I have coordinated several IT projects, including such tasks as designing, planning, scheduling, proposing deliverables, resource allocation, risk assessment, change management and facilitating information flow among project team and the client. I am experienced in all cross-platform (UNIX, Linux, Macintosh, Windows, and Windows NT/2000-3/XP) computing issues. I have managed Business Process Integration using Six Sigma, CSC Catalyst, CMM, BCMM and Anderson Method 1 methodologies.
