I am an assertive and innovative professional, experienced in Information Technology project and operations management methodology and process development. As far as project management techniques, I am professionally experienced with Portfolio Project Management using the Project Management Office approach and frame working this concept within the Project Management Maturity Model, PLM and MES methodologies. I have recently worked as Senior Principle Engineer, Business Analyst with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR/BPO) experience and Project Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), with 22 years total in Information Technology. I was a primary contributor to CSC's Service Delivery Excellence Program (project management, mobile computing and metrics assessment). I have also provided BPR consulting services to Jananarama PhotoWorks, The Lexington History Museum, East Seventh Street Kid’s Center and my most recent proposal was a framework for re-engineering Hospital Information Systems, using SAP for Healthcare.
