Livia ANASTASIU Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca Abstract: The human being is unique when we study the physic and mental behavior. Even if we find some similarities between two entities, we’ll find, for sure, much more differences, and these are the elements that give individuality. The personality features don’t occur only in the family environment, but in the work-place too. Here, they are interfering with the colleagues` attitudes, because almost all the time the individual works in teams. So, it’s important to know how a group of people reacts in order to have satisfaction in work. Identifying these elements is specific for every organization. It’s true, the factors that motivate the employees are almost the same, but there are not applicable patterns because the human personality that determines the behavior is not standard.
