Vitamin B2 Riboflavin is a necessary vitamin in maintaining your overall health, vitality and wellbeing. Infants need to have between 30 to 40 micrograms each day while children up to 13 need between 50 to 90 mcg per day. Males 14 and over need about 130 mcg per day, but dosages for women differ. Teens need 100 mcg while those 18 and over need 110 mcg. Pregnant and breastfeeding women need 140 mcg and 160 mcg respectively.
