Moobs is a common condition of men of all ages that can be embarrassing if they go shirtless so it is natural

that men want to get rid of moobs as quickly as possible. You can get rid of them by dieting and doing

exercises but there is no overnight cure. It takes time and patience to get rid of moobs.





The food s that you should include in your diet should be rich sources of vitamins A, B, and C. The reason

that you should include these vitamins is that they will help produce testosterone. Another mineral that you

should include in your diet is Omega3, which you can find in many types of seafood like salmon, or you can

take Omega 3 supplements daily to increase testosterone production. The reason that you want to increase

your testosterone level is that your man boobs can be cause by a hormonal imbalance. Your estrogen and

testosterone hormonal levels are all out of whack. Too much estrogen and not enough testosterone can

cause moobs. Get them in balance to get rid of moobs.





To be sure you should speak to your physician about blood work to see if this could be the problem. If it is,

you can get rid of moobs by taking medication to create a harmonious balance. Even if you do get them in

balance you are still going to have to exercise to get rid of moobs.





The reason you need to exercise to get rid of moobs is to tone up your chest muscles. There are many

workout routines to get rid of moobs but one of the best ones is push ups. Here is how you should do them

to get the best results.

1.Lie down on the floor or on a mat flat on your stomach

2.Place your hands under your body but make sure that you have your hands in proper distance apart for it to

be effective and your safety. The right distance should be a shoulder width apart.

3.Using your arm muscles pushing against the floor raise yourself up, creating a straight line from your feet

to your head, which will serve as your starting point

4.Now lower your body to the floor but make sure that your body does not touch it. To know that you are as

close to the floor as you should be, stop when your elbows make a ninety degree angle. At this point, raise

up your body again until your get back to your starting point

5.Repeat the fourth step several times. At the beginning you will probably only be able to do a few, maybe

only a couple but as time goes on you will find yourself getting stronger and able to do more each time.

Figure out how many you want to consider is a set and when you reach that number, stop and rest for five

minutes, then do another set





In addition to this particular exercise you can also add in other exercises to get rid of moobs. Here are some

exercises you can do to get rid of moobs.

oBench presses—when you do bench presses you are lifting a lot more weight than you would doing

pushup. This exercise is very effective in building up your chest muscles. When you are lying on your back

on the bench, grip the barbell that is above you. Make sure that your hands are just a little wider than

shoulder width apart. Make sure that your elbow is straightened out when you are holding onto the bar with

your hands. Slowly bring the barbell down to your chest letting it gently touch your chest before extending

your elbows and push the bar up toward the ceiling. You should do three sets of twelve repetitions. Add

variety by narrowing or widening the grip of your hands.

oChest flys—doing bench presses and push ups to get rid of moobs will also help to develop your biceps and

shoulders. When you do chest flys you are isolating your chest muscle. To do these use the same bench as

the one you used for the bench presses. Take a dumbbell in each had and extend them over your face.

Make sure that your elbows are straight with your palms facing each other. Doing this next part you still

have to keep your elbows straight but not locked. Now you need to stretch your arms wide open until they

are almost parallel with the floor. Hold for a minute and then return both arms back to the starting point.

Do three sets of twelve repetitions.





These strength training exercises help to develop and tighten your chest muscles but to get rid of moobs you

also need to loose body fat. To loose body fat, this is going to require you to aerobic exercises plus you

should do cardiovascular exercises for an hour each day. All total to get rid of moobs you should exercise at

least two hours a day. It does not all have to be done at once but can be broke down into two sessions.





In addition to exercises and proper diet, you can also drink herbal supplements to get rid of moobs. Go

online to herbal supplement websites and look for herbal supplements that target getting rid of man boobs.

The supplements are not that expensive. You can also go to brick and mortar health food stores and

purchase the herbal supplements.
