A. Selbie needs to meet with ICC about event not ASOC because ICC is
in charge of Taste of Oxy
5. Illiteracy, a spoken word group
A. Flat rate of $6,000-$1,000 discount=$5,000 honorarium but Oxy’s
Professional negotiator may be able to haggle
B. Possible venues: quad during lunch, cooler on a Friday night
6. People’s Power Tour (Geologic and Kiwi)
A. Requests an honorarium of $5,000
B. Venue=Thorne
C. All proceeds from People’s Power Tour will go to Bayan USA charity

B. We suggested Stephanie and Trevor to apply to be Bengal Bus Drivers
2. Mandatory Food training Session

B. Exec. Board will meet near Market Place’s homestyle at 11:55PM
3. Event Collaborations with APIA
A. Exec. meeting needed to discuss events with APIA head, Jamie Nikami

4. Turon Ingredients
A. Arlene will buy ingredients
5. Alternative to second movie screening
A. Pass out tickets at each event and collect at the end of Oct., people with
a certain amount of tickets can attend a banquet (Filipino History
Month closer)
C. To be able to serve outside food, banquet must be in lower Herrick
