Dear Friends.
Given below is the mail from Gp Capt K N Gupta.
We had a meeting with all the society reps who have filed a case in Supreme Court .
Questions were put up weather all wish to appoint their independent advocates but every body thought
that incase of independent advocates Lot of efforts and finances will be required and we will not be able
to hire senior advocate.
In nutshell our share has come to 15% of the total expenditure.
I personally feel that we need sufficient funds and propose that we contribute Rs 1000.00 per dwelling
unit. All those who have already paid Rs 500.00, will have to deposit Rs 500.00 more. Money can be
deposited directly to JVVFOWA Bank account followed by an E mail to confirm receipt. The details are
as follows:
Name : Jal Vayu Vihar Flat Owners Welfare Association
SB A/c No. : 30862142816
Bank & Branch : State Bank Of India, Phi-3, Greater Noida
With Best Regards

> Dear friends,
>
> This has reference to my earlier mails on the subject. The present status is as follows:
>
> After the Honourable Supreme Court had given its judgment on 10 Sep 09, our society was not able to
join (as that matter was closed). Thereafter, the other parties i.e. AWHO, Jalvayu Vihar Noida etc have
filed review petition / contempt of court case. Hence the case was re-opened and our society had an
opportunity to join. The opportunity was well utilised and the application of our society was accepted by
court and notices have been issued to Greater Noida Authority and Revenue Department well before 09
Mar 11 (the last date of registration without penalty as per SC order dated 10 Sep 10). Hence the there
is not sanctity of 09 Mar 11 in our case also.
>
> Out of your contribution, Rs 20000 has been spent just in filling the application. The next date of
hearing is 28 Mar 11. There is hardly any money left with the society to be part (just 15%) of the future
expenditure being met by old parties i.e. AWHO, Jalvayu Vihar Noida etc leave aside expenditure to
engage our own lawyer. This sorry state of finance is just because plenty of us, though given assurance
but have failed to contribute a meagre amount of Rs 500. This amount is just peanuts in legal field.
>
> Therefore it is earnestly requested to contribute your share either directly to society office or through
my ICICI account. The details are as follows:
>
> Name : KRIPA NIDHI GUPTA
> SB a/c No. 006501100613
> Branch ICICI Bank Ltd, Vasant Vihar New Delhi
>
> The money can be directly transferred online or though a cheque in ICICI Bank ATM. If you are opting
for contribution through my account, please ensure that you are sending me Email for proper
accounting purpose so that I am able to transfer total amount with your details to society.
>
> It will be highly appreciated if you contribute additional money. I am myself contributing additional Rs
500 to build up fund fastest.
>
> It is earnestly requested to forward this mail to all you know owning flat in Jal Vayu Vihar Greater
Noida, original allottee or through resale.
>
> Looking forward for immediate positive response.
