Here we are again! It’s Steelers season, the leaves will soon be changing colors,
and the kids are back to school. I must share my recent celebration of being cancer-
free for 6 years now! Thank you to everyone who has contacted me to speak about
my survivorship and our Center services – I am definitely available to talk about our
free programs and living life after a cancer diagnosis! I will be participating in our
September 17 Walk at the Waterfront and am graciously accepting pledges on behalf of our clients. I hope
you all had a wonderful summer filled with laughs, relaxation, and enjoyment. Summer was SUPER busy at
the Center! We added 3 new support groups so be sure to check out the listings! In addition, our Lymphe-
dema group has extended its dates so be sure to call the Center for more information. MANY thanks to our
support group facilitators, Dr. Beth Mauroni (providing Hands on Healing), Nancy Murray and the crew at
