it is hot down there

What Hawaii eats at Christmas
They eat chicken long
rice on Christmas eve
For appetizers they eat
cheesy ham rolls and
drink Mele Kalikiemaka
They eat coconut cake,
drink orange juice with
seafood salad for
desert.

Many parades and
music celebrations
are held

and singing fill the

is everywhere.

surfing or in a
canoe.
He’s barefooted

What’s the weather like at Christmas?
Well here it’s cold
and we are all
freezing, but there
they’re wearing
shorts, tank tops,
dresses, and
sandals.
We usually sleep
after our family
