To Parents/Guardians and senior student,

The deadline is fast approaching and it’s time to start planning your senior’s Personal Recognition Ad. As part of your
son or daughter’s yearbook, we are offering you the opportunity to purchase a personal color ad to show your senior
how proud you are. With a Personal Recognition Ad, you can create a personal message and include a special
photograph of your senior. The ad will stand as a testament of your support for years to come. The cost for each color
ad is as follows:

                               ⅛ page ad                 $30.00
                               ¼ page ad                 $60.00
                               ½ page ad                $100.00
                               Full page ad             $175.00
An order form appears on the reverse side of this letter. Please complete the order form and submit it along with your
information for us to design your Personal Recognition Ad. Please include your check, payable to Odyssey, along with
your photo(s) and text.

      Please remember that space is limited and offered on a first come-first serve basis.

Photo submission guidelines:
    Care will be taken to return photos. Photos will be returned when yearbooks arrive in June.
    Select vertical photos for vertical spaces and wide photos for horizontal spaces.
    Photos will be enlarged or reduced to fit the layout.
    Writing lightly in pencil, neatly print your son/daughter’s name on the back of each photo.
In addition, we are asking for one baby/toddler photograph of each senior for use in a collage of photos within
the senior section. Please write your senior’s name on the back of the photo and keep it separate from your
parent Personal Recognition ad. Please put baby/toddler photo in a separate envelope marked baby photo!

We also wanted to remind you to order your yearbooks. Go to www.jostens.com and place your order today.
Please verify the school as Homer, NY as there is another Homer school located in PA, so please place your
order carefully and click on the Homer, NY school. You can have your senior’s yearbook personalized or add
icons right on the web site. Order it today and take another thing off your list of things to do! The yearbooks
are on sale NOW for $48.00! The price will increase in October, so order today to take advantage of the
sale.

Please remember if you are reserving space for your Personal Recognition Ad, you must submit all information

by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 7 , 2011. This deadline must be respected! No exceptions as we
have strict production deadlines from the publisher. There are only so many pages reserved
for Parent Recognition Ads. PLEASE do not delay and wait until the last minute to place your
ad! Please plan your ad TODAY and submit it on time. WE CANNOT COMPROMISE THE
LAYOUT OF PAGES BECAUSE OF A LATE AD. Have your ad in to us by the deadline!
