A $25.00 set up fee is required and must be paid in advance, where applicable.
Please allow a 48-hour turn around time on orders placed with our office. Please call to verify your order is ready for pickup.

SPECIAL PROGRAMMING REQUESTS
Any record selection, sort or listing that is not already set up will require involvement of Systems and Programming personnel. The
current charge is $40.00 per hour. The County Clerk/Elections Supervisor must approve requests for special programming and an
estimate of costs determined from the Analyst in charge of Voter Registration System.
CD-ROM COPY OF ACTIVE VOTER FILE: The entire county or any district within Marion County is available.
ASCII comma or tab delimited format; Note: We provide the CD-ROM to avoid any chance of virus.

Considerations:
*What is the purpose for the order? [list of voters, for a mailing, walking door to door, street index information, statistical research, etc,]
*What “group” of voters do you need? [a particular district (legislative, city, fire, school, etc.), a party, a status, certain age group, etc.]
*Do you need Residence address? Mailing address? Absentee address?
*Is a special sort required? [by district, alpha, by precinct, by party, households only, walking list order, etc.]
*What do you want produced? [ a paper listing, paper gummed labels, data on a CD]
*The standard format of data received on CD’s is: ASCII Tab delimited – this is a very common and usable format.
* When will you need/use the data? [data changes daily, do you need the most current data?]
