Dear College Community
It is with great pleasure that I announce to you the Prefects of the College and Student
Leaders for 2010.
This is a group of fine young men who have demonstrated the support of our community as
well as a sustained record of support for our leadership model.
As custodians of our faith and tradition, we seek from them leadership which is authentic,
inspired by servanthood and which brings about meaningful change in the lives of others. We
require them to undertake their duties of office with vigour and without fear, favour or
selfishness, upholding and enhancing the philosophy and ethos of the College by pursuing
whole-heartedly our quest for excellence, steadfastly defending our faith and tradition, and
giving servant leadership in teams.
We will be inducting these boys into their roles on Thursday morning at a special assembly in
the Auditorium during Period 1. Families of these boys are warmly invited to attend and to join
senior staff and me for morning tea on the Balcony immediately after the assembly.
Please join with us in congratulating these boys as they commence their stewardship of our
College.
