Subject: AFFN Procedures during Hurricane Watch
According to the National Hurricane Center, a hurricane warning is in effect for a majority of Texas.
The current projected strength and path have the storm making landfall just outside of Houston as a
category 2 hurricane, and moving through the state of Texas.
In preparation for this event, AFFN would like to request our Processors and Participants provide
emergency contact information for data center issues as well as emergency contact numbers for any
escalations. For safety precautions, we realize that most personnel may be working at offsite locations
and AFFN will be available if any additional assistance is required.
For circuit or operational issues please continue to contact your current AFFN processor, and if AFFN
