AT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, HUNGUND, DIST: BAGALKOT
Applications are invited from entrepreneurs for allotment of INDUSTRIAL PLTOS available in
the Industrial Estate of HUNGUND Dist: BAGALKOT. The details are given below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prices indicated are approximate / tentative and are likely to increase or decrease
depending upon the cost components, extra area and date of possession etc, as per the
rules of the Corporation.
2. The dimension and cost of plots vary depending upon the actuals. The allottees will have
to pay the actual cost of the plots before taking the possession.
3. Prescribed Application Forms in duplicate can be obtained from the office of either
Deputy Chief Manager (IEs), Industrial Estate, Udyambag, Belgaum OR the Sales
Manager, KSSIDC Ltd., I.E, Bagalkot respectively.
4. The allotment will be made on the basis of criteria fixed by KSSIDC. Hence the applicant
has to submit the following documents to evaluate the criteria of the applicant.
a) SSI Registration Certificate (PMT/PRC) issued by the department of Industries &
Commerce.
b) Detailed Project report of the proposed project.
c) Education Qualification Certificate of the applicant / Partners / Directors.
d) Domicile Certificate issued by the revenue authority for having stayed in
Karnataka for more than 10 Years.
e) The applicant has to produce the Solvency Certificate showing the assets equal or
more than the project cost / Loan Sanction letter or Commitment letter from the
financial institutions.
f) The applicant should submit the details like Export Oriented, Import Substitution,
Utilisation of Local resources or ancillary to large and medium industries.
g) If the applicant belongs to SC/ST then he / she should submit the Caste Certificate
issued by the Government Authorities not below the rank of Tahasildar.
h) The applicant has to submit the Two Passport size of Photo copies.
5. The applicant has to submit the filled in application along with Earnest Money Deposit
at 5% of the Base price of the plot (refundable in case of non allotment and adjustable
towards cost of plot in case of Allotment) and scrutiny fee of Rs. 500 +ST (non-
refundable) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of KSSIDC Ltd., payable at
Bagalkote. In case of SC/ST applicants and Women Entrepreneurs, the scrutiny fee of Rs.
200/-+ST will be applicable. The EMD will be forfeited in case of failure to accept
allotment of plot as per rules.
6. Applicants belonging to SC and ST category are eligible for a subsidy amount of 40% of
the price subject to maximum limit of Rs.2.00 Lakhs. In case of allotment of more than
one plot / shed to the same applicant, subsidy will be limited to 40% of the total price of
the allotted plots subject to maximum limit of Rs. 2.00 Lakhs. This is subject to
furnishing of original Caste Certificate and approval from the competent authority as per
the rules of the corporation.
7. Plot No. 3,5,7,9,23,26,29,33,46,53 and 55 are reserved for SC/ST applicant only.
8. An applicant may apply for one or more than one plot /shed and in such cases separate
EMD is to be paid for each plot.
9. The last date for issue of application form is 12 PM on 6.09.2008 and filled in application
forms along with EMD Scrutiny Fees and enclosures may be submitted at the Office of
the Deputy Chief Manager (IES),KSSIDC LTD., Industrial Estate, Udyambag, Belgaum-
08 / Sales Manager, KSSIDC Ltd., I.E. Bgalkot. On or before 5PM on 6-09-2008.
Application reached after the due date will not be accepted and will be rejected and no
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10. Application in the prescribed format without requisite enclosures and EMD are liable to
be rejected.
11. Allotment of plots will be on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS, and the allotment will be only
Lease Cum Sale basis, 99% of the cost of Plot is to be paid with in 45 days from the date
of allotment letter.
12. The Allotee shall construct the industrial work shed / factory and start the industry with
in a minimum period of 2 years from the date of taking possession of the plot after
getting the approval of plan the competent authority. Sale Deed of the plot will be issued
only after completion of lease period after construction of the factory and start the
production Or any other condition be imposed. In case of non-construction of the
building with in a stipulated period allotment of plot will be cancelled and amount paid
will be forfeited.
13. 15% of the sheds / plots will be allotted to SC and 3% to ST, and 2% to Nomadic Tribes,
with overall 30% representation to the Women Entrepreneurs.
14. The applicant need not pay the power line charges Upto a specific HP (Power)
requirement for their units as detailed below:
a) For Plots measuring 700 Smtr- Upto 5 HP no power line charges.
b) For Plots measuring 701 to 900 Smtr- Upto 7 HP no power line charges.
c) For Plots measuring 901 to 1200 Smtr-Upto 9 HP no power line charges.
d) For Plots measuring 1201 to 1600 Smtr-Upto 12 HP no power line charges.
If any of the allottee require more power than the free limits indicated above, they will
have to pay Rs. 5000/ Per HP towards power line charges. In case if the power
requirement is more than 65 HP than the allottee has to make their own arrangement
directly from HESCOM under HP power supply norms. Further, if the power line is
drawn separately after completion of existing load of 500KV, at a later date applicable
power line cost will have to be paid.
15. Slum Cess, Power line charges and service charges along with applicable service tax and
education cess will have to be paid along with the cost of plot before taking possession of
the plots.
16. The Corporation reserves the right of allotting the plots or rejecting any or all application
received without assigning any reason.
