Medical examination
As part of the recruitment and selection process you will be required to complete a medical
questionnaire and attend a medical assessment following interview stage. Medical information

Appointees will be required to complete an Access NI Disclosure Certificate Application
Form to enable a basic criminal record check to be carried out by Access NI operating
under the provision of Part V of the Police Act (1997) and subsequently pass these
checks. A Basic Disclosure Certificate will show details of all convictions considered to be
unspent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders (NI) Order 1978, or states that no such
convictions were found. We will not discriminate against ex-offenders, and if you have to give
details of any previous unspent convictions, this will not automatically prevent you from being
appointed.

Register of successful applicants
Where applicable, FG Wilson may create a register of successful applicants, in order of merit
from which similar vacancies within a defined timescale (normally 12 months) or until it is
exhausted, whichever is sooner. Successful applicants for a register will be informed in the
selection outcome letter.
